"I'm not sure but it was quite entertaining." He chuckled. "Not that im making fun or anything." He smiled as he watched her go grab her catch then come back. "Yeah I would say so." He looked at what the had got. "This id going to be some good eating." He licked his cops. "I haven't had fish in a wile. A good meal after the hard work of waiting."

Cam snorted. "Hard work. More like frozen feet and a shot of adrenaline." She shook her head, but was smiling when she looked up. "I agree though, a nice meal. And certainly it's been a long time since we've had fish! Though," she added with a chuckled, "with our luck there's going to be a massive storm tonight that will wash up a ton of fish on the beach that the tribe will have to eat before it goes bad."

Keith chuckled at her remark. "Oh come on... we worked hard." He nodded. "We walked all the way her and the waited for quite a wile." He pointed out. "I would say that counts as hard work... wouldn't you?" He smiled at her before he frowned and thought about what she had said. "Huh... you know..." He laughed lightly. "You may be right... with our luck there would be a storm that does that. Just imagen the look on Altairs face if we came back with a story of how the beach was covered with fish for miles."

Cam thought, and started to laugh. "It would certainly be amusing to see, and would make up for the irony we'd have to endure," she said. As she spoke she shot another look up at the sky. Still baby blue and dotted with white fluffs. Cam didn't trust it though, not with the record she and Keith had with weather. Of course it had been an awful storm that brought them together in the first place, so she tried not to complain too much.

keith couldn't help but laugh at what she had said. She was right. It would be rsther amusing. He followed her gaze to the coulds. He had a feeling about what she was thinking about. He was thinking the same thing. He was thankful for the storm that brought them together but that was the last one he wanted to get caught in. He looked back to her and smiled.
"dont worry... Im sure we will be fine. The sooner we eat the sooner we can get on with our day... And hope it stays this way the rest of the time."

Cam nodded and bent her head down to the fish at her paws. Already the creature had decided to give up on life and was no longer gasping or flopping. That was good, Cam prefered dead food to live stuff.
She finished her fish and looked up to see what kind of progress Keith had made on his own. There was also that third fish, the one Keith had fish pitched on the ground. Presumably they were going to share it, since it would be a shame to just leave it there to rot and a fish and a half made a good meal.

Keith was already powering down the fish. It was obvious that he was hungry. When he had left he had not eaton anything. He had been saving his apatite for when he went out with his mate. By the time they were finished fishing his hunger had grown. With in a few minutes he was finished with the fish. He smiled happily and licked his cops.
"Mmmm... Now that was a good fish." He looked over at his mate and smiled. "Well... shall we dig into the last fish? Heads or tails?"

Cam laughed. "You take the head," she said, nudging her mate affectionately. "I'm not nearly as bottomless as you are."
- TIME SKIP -
It was now afternoon, with the sun at its highest point in the sky. Cam and Keith had finished their meal and had decided to take a walk. Cam led Keith to one of her favorite places to just sit and think, a tiny meadow with thick yet short grass and wildflowers popping up in droves.
The couple were sprawled out together, staring up at the sky or at each other. They were content to just sit and talk about anything and everything that came to mind. The current subject...
"You think so," Cam asked her mate, tilting her head quizzically to the side.

"Yes..." He nodded to re-asure himself. "I... I'm positive... I mean..." He looked at her. You saw the way they acted yesterday didn't you?" He rolled to his side and looked at her. "It... it was totally a mate thing..." He paused for a moment. "wasn't it?" He add as he looked at her. "You know cause... that would be something I would do... maybe..."

"Oh," Cam asked, arching an eyebrow wickedly. "You never told me that you swung both ways. But if they are mates I don't think that that particular gesture would be welcomed from neither of them. Poor darling." Cam's eyes gleamed with wicked humor. She didn't often tease her mate, but she just couldn't resist.

Keith's eyes widened and looked at her. That wasn't what he meant at all! Oh her and her evil jokes. He would get her back for this... oh yes he would! But... first... he had to figure out how to get her back for her evil humer. It wasn't as easy as it sounded.
"Hey now.... Hey now..." He looked back at her. "You don't don't think so? You think may be they might want another strapping young man in the mix?" He teased back.

Cam snorted delicately. "Be sure that I am there when you ask them," she said solemnly. "I will have to remember it as a part of the history of the tribe and to possibly make it into a story for later generations about using caution in relationships." She leaned forward and lightly touched her nose to Keith's. "And I shall do my utmost not to laugh the entire time," she added, face still solemn. Her eyes were so merry though she might as well be laughing anyway.

Cam chuckled merrily. "Well two can most certainly play at that game," she said, and left it at that. She flopped back down on the grass and looked up at the sky.
"Hmmm, seems like everyone in the tribe is all paired up," she finally said. "Kina and Freyr's kids all seem to have wandered away. I imagine the lovey dovey atmosphere from all the couples must certainly get annoying from time to time for singles."

He chuckled along with her. He was sure she would be able to play at that game. They teased etch other quite often in the tribe. He smiled as he looked up into the sky. The clouds were out today. Not many of them though. He glanced over at her when she started to mention couples.
"Yeah I suppose it does... if you think about... most of our tribe members are mates but for a few... it must suck to see others who have some one to love..." He frowned.
