As for Ny they can meet when ever, if he met as a cub Ny would treat him as if he was his own training him into an excellent merchant in his eyes. If he was old then he would be a bit more rough on him.
Lava is training to be a fighter/assassian so other then when shes around her father/mother she is 'training'.
