Leah looked at the newcomer with intrest. She scooted over and stuck out her hand.
"Hello, I'm Leah, Leah Aspenwood. Welcome to Gryffindor!" She said kindly, but actually itching to ask zillions of questions and find out if, in fact, Kailyn was the fourth Rogue they were looking for.

[ZOMG. I'm phyced. Dang. Spelling Rallie, spelling!]
Gwin could sense her sister's anticipation, and couldn't help but smirk a little. She prodded a half-alive Nadia.
"The food'll be coming soon, be social for a moment, Mrs. Gotherella." Gwin chided.
"And as for you," she turned swiftly to Kailyn, her face set. There was a moments pause, where Gwin searched the girls eyes- And sudden revalation in her own chocolate brown ones. Gwin burst with a smile.
"Good morning."
For a moment, she pondered weither she should introduce herself, or wait until somthing worth- Aww heck with it.
"Name's Gwin Aspenwood. Good to have you here." and instead of grabbing the girl's hand, tossed a coin at her.
"Think of it as a welcoming preasent."
The coin was an imitation of a knut, but had one small change- It was a communication system.

Peter saw the passing of the coin and bolted in his chair. He tugged at James' arm and made high-pitched rasps.
"There there, the coin!" he knew this could mean one thing- They intended this girl to be the one, and fourth.
[Announcement: Someone has taken Sirius from me, and I must admit, I butchered him. Thank you!]

[0cc|| Hint, start on page three. Basicly, Kailyn is a transfer student, she just got sorted, the rogues are hoping she will be their fourth member so that they can take on the marauders this year.]

Sirius grinned. "She could," he told James, before twisting around to get a good look at the potential Rogue. "Blimey. She's not half bad looking," muttered Sirius so that only Remus could hear him. If he was listening, that is. James wouldn't like it if Sirius got involved with a Rogue...and Peter was just plain weird.

Gwin pursed her lips as she caught Sirius' gaze.
She prodded her sister, and nodded in his dirrection and hissed,
"Wotcher- Padfoot's got eyes and stomach."
To the on- err, listener- This couldn't have made any sense. But the girls had a conection.
Pretending she haden't seen his gaze, Gwin leaned across the table and whispered to Kailyn .
"Seems he's already got his eyes on you." and laughed. The African adoptee leaned back, as if sizing the new-comer up.
"Yes, I do belive this will be an interesting year." she mused.

But Peter HAD caught what Sirius had said, and was rubbing his grubby little paws together greedily.
"She won't like this, oh noes she won't!" he cackled to himself.

Kailyn caught the coin, and looked at it before tucking it in her shoe. A strange token, to be sure. "Uh, thanks." She said, slightly unnerved. Okay, come on Kailyn. Don't let the gryffies make you lose yourself... She chided herself.
Kailyn looked around the table. A mixed bunch.... But then she turned her attention back to the sorting just in time for Tonks, Nymphadora.

Nadia looked at Kailyn and tried to smile. "My name is Nadia Morano. Sorry I didn't say Hi earlier. I forgot to have breakfast." Nadia held her stomach again. Now it was getting really angry with her.

James sat bolt upright. "Not the coin?" He gasped. This was way too soon.

Leah heard Gwin, but said nothing. She understood perfectly, and was trying to think of a deterrent. Sirius and Kailyn getting together could wreck everything. And she was willing to do almost anything to make sure it didn't happen....
She looked at the marauders out of the corner of her eye, and noticed that Peter was going all....hyperactive or something. Ew. She leaned close to her sister.
"Gwin, they saw the coin. We're gonna have to be careful until she's intergrated." She hissed through her smile.
"Not long now, Nadia. Promise."

Dumbledore stood, tucking his his beard into his belt.
He seemed to gaze over the Gryffindor table with a certain fondness, and cleared his throat. It was, of course, unessicary.
"Today, I am here to welcome you all to another brillant year at Hogwarts.
Though it will not be Dippit this year as head-master, I belive we will pull through." he glanced warningly at the Marauders and Rogues.
"The new year is known for amazing qualities, new hope, and a chance of extrodinary friendship-" he again glanced around the tables.
"And I would incourage healthy competition once and again," his blue eyes twinkled behind his glasses. " I would not advise
(Insert more speech that I'm too lazy to make...)
