Pratt, Time Agent. Location: Corridors of Valiant.. Doctor's room, .. err, this room!
"If you think you can improve on the model, you're always welcome to..." He said half jokingly. "Might skip the few millennia if you're certain I'll get better technology for the same price" He grinned in an easy, friendly manner. He released the hand after a few moments.
"So.. now that we've made our most pleasant acquaintance, shall we solve this problem before we get caught?" He slipped his blaster into the holster, to keep both of his hands free for work. He dusted them on his pant-legs, adjusted his coat, which was a mix of the earlier periods, then slipped it of his shoulders. The top might have been from the Napoleonic era, or at the very least, inspired by the braiding of the hussars. The lace was white, the rest dark blue, the fur black.

"Oh, no," he says, pulling his head back in. "I wouldn't presume to interfere." He turns to regard the camera, tapping the sonic screwdriver against his chin. "Now, if we were to find the place these were wired to--a guard station, like you suggested--it'd be a simple matter to figure out the layout of this ship. Get a feel for what we're up against. "What do you mean it's not a shuttle? Every person, Lost Cause or not, had the first shuttle land with civilians onto Europa. Time Arrival Rotational Departure Intergalactic Shuttle. Bigger on the inside while able to travel within any atmosphere without any temperature difference." Fitz shakes his head, grinning. "Time And Relative Dimension In Space. The Doctor's got a timeship. Also bigger on the inside. Except I think he was aiming for 2003ish, and we hit 2007 instead." He rounds one final corner, coming to a halt before a sliding door. Goes up and starts hauling at it. He's making progress, but slowly. "Hang on--what d'you mean, lost cause?" He glances over his shoulder as he works at the door.

ⅩⅩⅢяם ℃entury's Ⅼost Ⅽause ★☀ Ever seen that look where someone did a spit take--Fina just did that face minus the spit. "2007?!?" Stopping when Fitz started to work on a sliding door, she blinked and knitted her eyebrows a bit. "The Doctor's TARDIS and the TARDIS I know guess have the same concept. To travel through space and bigger on the inside. I guess that is something in common." When Fitz asked her about Lost Cause, she sighed a bit. "The Earth you knew is far different than the Earth I come from. Civilization has developed and flourished on Mars and Europa to the point where the Intergalactic Government started to ignore Earth completely. There are a few countries still going strong: All of United Kingdom, China, most of the Middle Eastern countries and oddly enough the Slavian countries as well. Australia, Africa, the rest of Asia and practically the whole of North and South America became what they called Lost Cause. Governments cut all ties from the Lost Cause countries, making them what history called 'third world countries'. Those countries have barely survived since some franchises has migrated from human employees to automated and machines. America officially became a Lost Cause country a year before I was born; making my generation to be the first LC of America." Fina looked at the sliding door for a moment before crouching down to the ground; examining the track. "And if this is anything like the door to my boss's office, then there should be--" She stopped mid-sentence before pushing in a pin closer to the center of the track; hoping to make the door open more easily. "Over two-hundred years of life and progression and the doors are the same." ☀★ Current Location - The Corridors of the Valiant - Storage Rooms Current Company - Fitz ʄina Ϲhao

Quanna shifted her form to a house cat and followed after everyone, she figured she didn't need to say much. Taking a look back to make sure they weren't going to be caught, granted this little kitty was going to leave these guys to the wolves.(Hoi, Y'all left me in the dust not cool.)

The Master is devious," he says. "We'll have to be careful. If you get captured, keep him talking; he likes to gloat." (Hey Quanna. Are you following after us (Doctor and Pratt) or after them (Fina and Fitz?) Pratt, Time Agent Location: Corridors of the Valiant - in a room. "You wouldn't be interfering. I wouldn't be sharing that with others." Pratt said matteroffactly. "And anyway.. it something out there made me drop here, they might as well have decided I need to see you." He laughed softly as he passed the camera. There weren't the sort of controls in sight that they needed to see the guard rooms. But.. there was something better. A small square image, which had - emergency exit - written on it." It did not show the whole layout of the ship, regretfully, but it showed enough that one could speculate of the closest guard room, several storage rooms, and some other utility rooms that were in the neither regions of the Valiant. Pratt looked at the Doctor. "...Nobody ever thinks of these...but even the bad guys need to know where to start running, when it's time to escape." The small dot indicated where they were at present. "Here." He indicated. "And, if we go down this corridor. Turn left,..few metres more, right again, we should find ourselves right at the step of our first guard room." He pointed at the camera. "But.. since you've taken this one out. The guards might already be on their way here." His smile broadened. "So, Doctor. Permission to use this lady?" He patted the blaster. And then he walked across the room, and looked through the door, listening to the sounds. He peered back in. "I can talk. Sir. In 'great' company I'll talk him into jumping of this ship just to shut me up." He winked. He would probably not have been that successful, but Pratt did talk. More if he was nervous perhaps or if he needed to get his bum out of trouble.

The Doctor (8th) and Fitz Kreiner Location: Corridors of the Valiant (pick a room, any room)/(storage rooms)
"Has it got a stun setting, at least?" sighs the Doctor, and then--"I've always found talk so much more sporting. Are they here yet?" He peers out of the room behind Pratt, then slips out the door entirely. After all, one of the best ways to gauge one's enemy is through the quality of their manpower--but it won't do to get pinned down, either.
~
Fitz listens closely, pausing once or twice in his trying of the door. Occasionally he looks like he's going to say something, but thinks better of it.
"I don't think much ever changes," he says at last, offering Fina a sad, sympathetic sort of a smile. "...The government's always tripping over its own feet, anyway. And the doors are the same." Fitz gives one last tug, slides the door open, and stands upright. Slouching slightly, of course.
He heads into the storage room. "The hole should be somewhere along the back wall," he says. "It's pretty hard to make out, but if you sort of look out of the corner of your eye..."
Except he's searching. Pretty thoroughly. Turning his head this way and that, finally just passing his hands along the back wall. And still nothing.
"...Uh."
((Sorry for that, mang. I'm just sort of blundering along through things, not entirely sure what's goin' on plotwise... probably be slowing down some meself over the weekend. Here's hoping our Master gets back soon, though. :<))

ⅩⅩⅢяם ℃entury's Ⅼost Ⅽause ★☀ Watching Fitz roam his hands around in the dark, Fina squinted a bit in the areas Fitz already looked and felt through before. "Go and visit a Lost Cause country for a year and it will be second nature to always watch from the corner of your eyes. A country on the brink of poverty automatically means thieves and muggers to the areas where you least expect it." Probably the reason as to why she kept her messenger bag so close to her. Moving over to the side of the wall, a few feet from where Fitz was standing; she shifted a couple of boxes before reaching outward to the wall. Instead of feeling solid--as it should be--her hand went through. "Either someone knows this is here or the Doctor failed to mention it to you." ☀★ Current Location - The Corridors of the Valiant - Storage Rooms Current Company - Fitz ʄina Ϲhao

"It has.....You don't mean you want it to....really...." He rolled his eyes. There was a stun option of course. If one lowered the strength of the beam that fired from the gun, it could stun instead of kill. He had thought it a stupid option untill now as stunned men would get up at some point, be really pissed , know your face, and hell would be paid later.
"Fine. .." He relented. He'd have it changed to a lower setting, just this once , but if he felt they needed shoot to kill, he would go against the Doctor's wishes and do so. He made slight adjustments then glanced back into the corridor. "Yep.. coming our way.. Doctor, if you don't plan to use any firing device I would suggest you get yourself back in and allow me to handle this."
Footsteps of running men, echoed down the corridor. He had thought he heard something from the other side, but it must have been too quiet or perhaps he might have imagined it, because he did not hear it again.
He took aim, ready to fire at the first sign of an armed face.

Quanna Chai || Flirtatious Changeling. Location: Corridors of the Valiant/Just enjoying watching these guys
Quanna yawned but still thought watching these guys was pretty fun. She took a small dragon form, a fire-lizard to be exact, since she had read Anne McCaffery's books and had the Dragon Lover's guide which was excellent resource. And then flew onto Pratt's shoulder to watch better. She then sent an image to the few around her letting them know she was playing look out and if she disappeared they were on their own.
Hearing the footsteps herself she stayed on Pratt's shoulder easily and waited to see what was coming.(The Doc and you, and if you want faster response time from it is good to quote, I'm in several other guilds.)

The Doctor (8th) and Fitz Kreiner Location: Bowels of the Valiant (Storage Rooms)/That one room
Either of which would probably be a bad thing. "...Huh. Either that or the TARDIS moved it herself. She does stuff like that a lot. Sometimes even on purpose. Ladies first?" He makes a terribly Doctor-like gesture with one hand, smiling to hide the nervousness.
Inside the tear, by the by, is a massive room, the walls lined with bookshelves and the bookshelves lined with books--an impossible amount of books. There's a few reading tables at the center of the room, but they're all piled so thoroughly with books that it's impossible to see their surfaces. Papers spill onto the floor, covered in complex circular diagrams. It's a lovely room, really. Wood paneling, overlapping Persian carpets covering the floor. A pair of spiral staircases, the banisters intricately carved. It's just that it's so damned messy you can barely make out the finery.
And there is, of course, a faint glimmering crack leading to the outside world.
~
"I want to get a proper look at them first," says the Doctor, turning briefly back to Pratt. His eyes are shining. Oh, but he loves a challenge, and--well, it's the Master, after all. "Look at it this way: if you still insist on firing that thing, you at least have a lookout!" He puts his hands in his pockets, peers both ways down the corridor, and settles in to wait. Smiling, of course.
...Five seconds later he's stuck his head back into the room, squinting at Pratt's shoulder. "Oh, and--you make a lovely dragonet, I must say," he says, and then promptly pulls back into the corridor.

ⅩⅩⅢяם ℃entury's Ⅼost Ⅽause ★☀ Going through completely the little worm-hole, Fina looked around in utter curiosity. This was most certainly not the same TARDIS she grew up knowing, but the layout of this library at the very least was the same. "My father was obsessed with the decommissioned TARDIS when he was a kid. He even had a personalized autograph hologram-photo of the Commander beside the ship on its 100th anniversary commemoration of the maiden voyage. Aside from my mother and me, that was his prized possession. When he found out I was learning about the civilization of Europa in grade school, he showed me all the blueprints he had."
Looking around at the spine of the books, in languages that looked jumbled briefly but quickly became in English writing. Some of the books looked barely touched while others were read and re-read so many times, the colouring on the spines were fading and crumbling away from the infinite amount of page-turning. ☀★ Current Location - The TARDIS now? Pratt was surprised to find that that little sound he had earlier thought to be nothing, was in fact now sitting atop of his shoulder. "Hey. Just don't act like most parrots. I don't have that many shirts." He mused and patted her on the head lightly, careful not to get burnt in the process.
The guards seemed to have split. A portion ran in the other direction, not because they might have seen them, but it seemed, because somebody must have escaped again. But the group that went their way was intent on having them captured, and if not , then the guns in their hands explained their next intention.
A shout, loud and clear, came from down the hall, when they first saw the figure of the Doctor. "Surrender yourselves!" For they knew that there was atleast one person there, and rounding that corner they could see him.
"Hey Doc. " Pratt began standing beside him in the hall again, his hand with the gun behind his back. " We're harmless." He called back instead. "This bloke doesn't believe in weapons." True as well. The men approached with caution, but less than if guns had been fired their way right off. One shouted back. "Arms where we can see em." He had noticed the Doctor had had something lean and small. Of course he did not know whether it was a weapon or not.
"Easy, " Pratt muttered to the little dragon on his shoulder. "We'll get them in a mo'" He promised.

The Doctor (8th) and Fitz Kreiner Location: Bowels of the Valiant (uh-oh)/The 8th Doctor's TARDIS (library)
"So now we wait," says Fitz, moving a stack of papers off a pair of chairs and sitting down in one. "Be a hell of a story to bring back to your father, even if it's not the same TARDIS," he adds. Puts his feet up on the table, carefully avoiding the stacks of books.
Something occurs to him. "You had anything to eat today?"
~
The Doctor raises his hands, still smiling. "Completely harmless," he says. "Absolutely nutters, you see!" The object in his hands appears to have vanished the moment he put his hands up. "Except--I do have a tiny question," he continues. "Could you possibly take me to your leader, if you please?"
And then, under his breath, "Oh, I've always wanted to say that!"
