Zexion smiled softly listening to Demyx talk about his guitar. "Yeah, we could definitely do that. I think it would be pretty cool to see where you live too," Zexion said happily as he got out a bowl and started to mix some dry powders with water and oil. "Playing at the prom, huh? How did you score that? I figured they would just get a DJ and play twerking music like most high school dances." Zexion said softly as he thought about what he had read about high school dances. He hadn't actually attended a school dance since middle school, but he figured that with the times, their school would get pretty gross at a dance like the rest of the high schools in the country. "What kind of music would you play if you did have a band? I mean like if you could have the perfect band with all the right instrumentalists, what would you sound like? Haha you seem like a 5 seconds of summer kind of singer." Zexion asked looking at him with a laugh. It was an interesting thought to think about Demyx being in a boy band. His crazy hair and his pop singer attitude fit perfectly.
Axel's smirk only grew as Roxas admitted defeat to him. "Ha, I knew I would win, I mean, yeah, I can tell you have gotten stronger, but I am still on top obviously," Axel gloated before he finally started to try and catch his breath as well. The redhead was actually about to climb off of the blonde when he noticed the blonde had gotten this look in his eyes. It was this glossed over lost look that made Axel's breathing hitch slightly. Then slowly the eyes came back to look at him directly, and he bit his lips slightly to hold back his desire as his smirk fell into a more stupified look. Why did Roxas have to look at him like that? Axel was trying to protect him from getting hurt. Axel's grip on the blonde's wrists tightened as he felt himself tense up... Then he heard Roxas say his name like he had always imagined he would. The redhead should have stopped this right then, he should have pushed up off of the blonde... He should have stopped himself.... But he was weak and he couldn't.
Suddenly, Axel's lips were crashing down into Roxas's and they were making out as Axel's grip loosen on Roxas's wrists to signal he was letting this happen. He knew this was a bad idea, he just couldn't tell himself not to take something he had wanted for so long. In that moment, Axel knew he had lost the war...

Demyx's eyes lit up tremendously as Zexion mentioned 5 Seconds of Summer. "You listen to them, too?" he asked excitedly, picking his head up from his palm and grinning at the male mixing things together. "I love them! But I don't know! I think I'd be one of those everywhere artists that just spilled their heart out in their music, no matter what 'genre' it represented. Upbeat to sad to...to romantic... Anything and everything. I love too much music to pick adn choose," he laughed.
"Oh, and I practically begged the prom committee to let me show off my skills. I had to give them a mini-performance to finally get my point across." He grinned cheekily at Zexion, resting his chin on his palm once again. "And for the rest of the dance, that's probably what's going to happen. People bumping and grinding. I usually just slow-dance through it all or dance like a crazy person by myself or with friends. I'd rather not have clothed sex on the dancefloor unless I'm feeling really down and go to a club," he told him. "Whatchya makin'?" he asked, observing what Zexion was doing.
Roxas moaned loudly as Axel's lips finally came in contact with his own. His eyes slid shut immediately, delving right into what he shouldn't have let start in the first place. Feeling his wrists be set free, he wrapped them around Axel, pulling him closer to himself. One went around to grip at the back of the redhead's shirt, the other to tangle in the already-touseled mane of hair. His chest pounded with ache as he moved his body against Axel's. Ache for how long he had wanted this, ache for what he was getting now. He whimpered as their tongues danced, Roxas pulling back slightly to bite and tug on Axel's lip before diving right back in, tugging slightly at his hair. "Axel..," he panted, tilting his head back as the redhead began to work on his neck. His chest throbbed again, with more ache: Ache that Axel was just doing this because Roxas wanted it. Ache that he knew they could never be together, not with Axel going away. Ache that Axel would never truly know how he felt about him, would never feel the heartache that Roxas felt every day. And so Roxas cried softly. He pushed his face into Axel's neck, hiding himself there so Axel wouldn't see his tears, and clung to his body for dear life. "I'm sorry... I'm so sorry..." he whispered, letting out soft little sobs. "I'm so selfish, and I'm so sorry... I can't do this, because I know... I know that whatever happens, I'll be more broken when it's done than when we started. And I can't lose your friendship, no matter how much it hurts." He curled into himself letting the emotions he had had bottled up for those months, years, finally slip through, as he gripped on to Axel, hoping he would keep him afloat while he felt like he was drowning.

"Haha! no, not really, Xion was listening to them yesterday," Zexion laughed at his enthusiasm as he idly mixed the contents of the bowl with a wooden spoon. The blonde seemed so passionate music. It really was beautiful to hear someone talk about something they really loved. Zexion could read about love in a book all day long, and it just didn't compare to the way a person who was truely in love talked about love. Zexion laughed hearing Demyx talk about how he convinced the prom committe to let him play. "Haha, well I know you'll be the star of the night, trust me. Who wants to get sweat and gross from heated body contact anyway?" Zexion asked as he moved to the fridge and got out some vegetables, and some chicken meat.
"Oh, I figured that I would make you one of my favorite foods, chicken pot pie. I make it from scratch and I have been told it is the best in the world by my adoring fans," Zexion said as he glanced into the living room at the black-haired little girl, who was now setting up a small coloring station on the table. "If you don't believe me, you can ask her yourself," he told the blonde as he started to cut up the chicken.
Axel wanted to punch himself in the face as their moment crumble away. He had hurt the blonde... Axel pulled back slowly and pulled the blonde into an embrace as they sat on the floor. "No, I shouldn't have kissed you...if anyone here is selfish, it is me, not you, Roxas, okay?"Axel offered softly as he listened to Roxas start to cry. "God... I am such a douchebag to you, how do love me even a little? I mean I just keep letting you down..." Axel whispered almost to himself as he held onto the blonde tightly. He wanted to be strong for Roxas, but he just felt bad now for messing up yet again. He should have known they couldn't be like they used to, when they both felt this way. Axel was just trying so hard to make Roxas forget about the time that had passed between them that he lost himself in the moment.
Axel felt tears building up in the corners of his eyes, but he refused to let them fall as he held the blonde. "I care about you so much, Roxas, and I honestly do want to be with you. I mean I feel like there could be something so perfect and beautiful between us. I just know given the chance, I could make you feel the way you have always wanted to, but I know it wouldn't last... You aren't like me Roxas, you want the forever romance. I just want you to feel the way you are supposed to. I want you to feel sexy and beautiful like I see you." Axel told the blonde softly as he held the blonde close to him. At least they were finally getting this out in the open. Axel knew that Roxas couldn't bottle this up anymore.

Demyx practically drooled when Zexion mentioned chicken pot pie. "Oh, Zexion, you know the way to my heart," he said dreamily with a sigh. "How do you see right through little ol' me? You a psychic? Can you see my deepest, darkest secrets?" he asked, giving Zexion a flirtatious look and smile. He didn't mean to, it just came naturally.
Roxas shook his head as Axel began dogging on himself. "No. No, I should have just...just kept it to myself. I know you, and I know how you work and think..," Roxas retaliated, trying to muffle his sobs. "I never should have told you how I felt. Then we could be normal and still be friends like we used to, and..." He pulled away from Axel and looked up at him. His expression was scared, worried. "We're not going to be okay, are we?" he whispered. His bottom lip trembled again as he slowly fell forward onto Axel's chest. "I want us to be okay...but I ******** everything up. I'm so sorry. I always mess everything up for us, don't I? I just don't know when to ******** stop." His hands gripped onto Axel's shirt. Obviously the blond was pissed off at himself. "I should go. I should... I should probably just leave," he began babbling, pulling away from Axel.

Zexion smiled wider and actually started to blush when Demyx ask him if he was psychic. "So I am going to take a wild guess and say you really like chicken pot pie, too," he said unable to wipe the smile off of his face as he glanced up at Demyx. The smile Demyx was giving him only made him blush more, but he just hide his face behind his hair to keep Demyx from really seeing him blushing. "Has anyone ever told you that you can be quite the charmer when you want to be?" Zexion told him nonchalantly as he got out a pot and filled it with chicken broth.
From down the hall, Zexion's mother hurried walked out and moved to Xion. "I'm off to work, sweetheart, be good for Zexion," Zexion's mother said to the little girl before she walked into the kitchen. "Zexion, I am off to work, do you need anything?" She asked before she noticed that Zexion was blushing. She raised an eyebrow at him, but since he turned away, she said nothing about it. "No, no, we are good, I'll call you if anything comes up, have a good day at work, mother," Zexion told her softly as he added the chicken to the broth.
Axel frowned at Roxas. Why did Roxas think this was all his fault? It wasn't. Axel didn't blame him for feeling the way he did. How could someone lock away feelings like that? It just wasn't healthy. Axel was just about to explain to Roxas that it was really okay and that he shouldn't be hard on himself about it, but then Roxas started to try and leave. "No, please don't leave, Roxas, I really don't think you missed up okay? I think life is just messy and we just happen to be in a sticky situation right now, but I really don't want you to leave. Please just stay... Please?" Axel asked quickly as he reached up and grabbed Roxas's arm. "I miss hanging out with you, Roxas, and I know if you leave now, we will go back to how we were before. Please, just stay," Axel added as he looked into Roxas's eyes. He really was being genuine with him at the moment, and he just didn't know what he would do with himself if he let Roxas leave when he was upset like this.

Demyx laughed joyfully when Zexion said he was a charmer. "Well, I'm glad you think so. I don't try, honest. It just happens," he told him happily. He looked up at the woman as she walked into the kitchen, saying goodbyes to her children and asking Zexion if he needed anything. "Bye, Mom!" The blond told her happily as she was walking out of the room. The woman paused and glanced back at Demyx in surprise. The blond blushed at her gaze. "Uh, I mean... S-sorry," he told her timidly. The woman looked up at Zexion then back at Demyx. "It's. ..no problem. Startled me is all. Have a nice day," she told them before heading out of the house.
Demyx looked at Zexion after she left, face bright red in embarrassment. "Sorry...that was..um... I...I call my friends' parents mom and dad...but we just met, and...and... god, I'm so awkward, " he groaned, laying his head down on the counter and covering it with his arms.
Roxas looked back at Axel. The redhead was on his knees, pleading with him to stay. Roxas let a few tears roll down his cheeks once again and sniffled as he said, "I just want us to be okay again..." he spoke softly, dripping back down into Axel's arms, burying himself in his embrace. He sat there for a few minutes trying to calm himself down before he finally stopped crying. Even after the tears were gone, he relaxed against Axel's chest, fingers messing with a loose thread on the hem of his sleeve. He took a deep breath and let it out before he spoke evenly.
"Okay...we're obviously not getting anywhere, so how about this?" He started slowly. "We stop blaming ourselves for what's happened, and we don't blame each other, though I doubt that would happen. We...we have it all out now, right? Now's where we grow from this and become closer friends. And where Demyx gets freaked out because we're super nice to each other again. Right?" He said softly, pulling back from Axel's embrace and looking up at him. "And where we're super sneaky and steal away kisses when we think no one's looking. Or maybe that's just my brain," he said, a small smile spreading on his lips as his hands reached up and smoothed out some of Axel's messed up hair.

Zexion even looked at Demyx in shock when he called a woman he literally just met mom. He had to hold back a giggle though seeing him become embarrassed. He really was like this five year old stuck in a teen's body. It was quite adorable. Zexion's glaze glanced back at his mother as she left. "I think she likes you, or at least doesn't dislike you enough to pull me aside and tell me how much she does," Zexion mumbled a little as he started cutting the vegetables that he got out earlier. The slate haired male looked over at Demyx as he laid his head on the counter. "Yeah, but you probably wouldn't be as lovable as you are, if you weren't awkward," Zexion told him as a positive to the situation. He really hadn't thought about what he said too much, he was just trying to make Demyx feel better.
Axel sat there with Roxas the entire time he cried, and afterwards too, holding the fragile blonde together. His arm carefully woven around the other's waist as the blonde sat inbetween his legs that were also somewhat curled around the blonde. His head was even gentley resting on top of the blonde's as he just let himself enjoy having the other with him. Yeah, everything was really messed up right now, but Axel knew that Roxas still wanted to fix it since he didn't leave. They still had hope, because they were both still willing to be with the other.
Axel pulled his head back up from it's resting place as Roxas began to speak. There was a part of him that had a strong feeling that this idea was too simple to work, but Axel was really willing to do anything at this point to keep their friendship from falling apart again. Axel missed having the blonde in his life so much, he probably wasn't comfortable with admitting to the complete extent that he did. As the blonde pulled back and looked at him, he gave him a weak, tired smile. "Right," he replied back softly. Although, he did chuckle a few seconds later when Roxas added the kissing part. "Okay, goofball, it's a deal," he stated before he bridged the gap between them one last time and kissed him softly on the lips. The redhead didn't push for anything more than that before he finally let the blonde go as he stood up off the floor and stretched his back. His lanky limbs and back popped and stretched as he moved his arms completely out and completely back in.
Then much like a lion roaring, Axel let out a giant yawn. "Ughhh, all this emotional stuff has worn me out, do you want to take a nap with me, or do you have to go home soon? I mean if you aren't tired, you can stay and play my game systems if you want, too." Axel asked as he moved over to his bed and sat down on the black comforter. The redhead really did look worn out at this point.

Demyx peeked up from the counter when Zexion said he thought his mom liked him. "Well, that's good, I guess. I don't like when people don't like me," he told him. Then he blushed lightly again and picked his head up fully from the counter, grinning cheekily at Zexion. "You think I'm lovable?" he asked, heart thudding in his chest. "Really? Is it just because I'm awkward, or do I do other lovable things, too?" he asked curiously, holding his chin on both of his palms now, hands cupping his cheeks as he waited, interested for Zexion's answer.
Roxas smiled softly at the kiss. He knew he would regret making that deal in the longrun, but for now it was nice. He pulled himself off of Axel as the redhead moved to stand. He laughed softly as he watched Axel stretch himself out. "Your spirit animal is definitely a lion. Brave and handsome, but lazy with yawns like roars. Definitely," he teased, standing himself. He grunted a little and made a face as he tried to stretch out or pop or do something to his back to make it stop hurting. He went from being slammed into the ground twice to being hunched over in the redhead's arms for an extended period of time. And he had worked the night before restocking the lumber and cement bags on shelves. He had worked late, too, which made that nap sound even more enticing. Rubbing at his lower back, he smiled and walked over to the bed. He flopped himself down on it face-first and sprawled out before Axel had a chance to lay down. "Oh, yeah. I forgot how comfortable your bed was," he moaned happily, burrowing into the few pillows that were on the bed. He peeked up at Axel from beneath the pillows with big, blue eyes. "Oh. Where were you going to sleep? Because I totally call the bed," he told him, the corner of his mouth twitching as he tried to hold back the playful grin.

Zexion absence-minded just listened to the blonde talk as he chopped away at the different vegetables. He wasn't really paying much attention when Demyx asked him the question. "Yeah, I wouldn't have said it if I didn't mean it." Zexion spoke up, still not completely focused on the on conversation. He glanced up at the blonde though right as he propped his head up on his hands. "I don't know, you just act like a puppy and it is cute." Zexion muttered back as he hid his face in his hair again. The question made his face lite up pretty bad. Zexion wasn't quite sure what they were trying to establish with this conversation, but it was starting to make Zexion feel awkward.
"Zexy, zexy, zexy, look at my picture!" Xion beamed from the coffee table in the living room. She was currently holding up a picture of a horse she had colored. It was pretty nice, even at her age she could color with a bit of shading and in the lines. Zexion told her all the time that if she kept it up, she would be selling her art for millions of dollars one day. "Oh that is nice, oh Xion, why don't you show Demyx some of your art? I bet he would love to hear all about it," Zexion informed his sister. Since the line of questions they were giving into was becoming uncomfortable, Zexion decided getting some space might be a good idea. The little girl smiled excitedly as confirmation that Zexion's plan was successful. "Okay, Dem, dem come on we can go look at the art in my room," she cherped happily as she ran over and pulled at his pants.
Axel laughed at Roxas as he told him his spirit animal was a lion. He could definitely get by with the title, "King of the Jungle." Axel's smile faded slightly though watching Roxas struggling to stretch out his back. Was he too rough with him earlier when they were wresting? He continued to watch the blonde as the other plopped down onto the bed. "Yeah, it is pretty nice." Axel told him back as he turned so that he was still sitting on the bed, but facing the blonde. He had a soft smile on his face as he watched his friend lay there face-first in his pillows. He was so adorable. "Oh I think I am going to just lay down on top of you, you know see how much more your back can take," Axel joked back as he mentioned the condition of Roxas's back. He wanted to see if Roxas would tell him it was hurting him. Partly, because Axel gave fantastic massages, and partly, because he wanted the blonde to ask him for help. He wanted to make the blonde feel better after rough-housing with him so hard, but he needed Roxas to admit he needed help first.

Demyx couldn't keep the grin from getting wider and wider with Zexion's every world. Well, at least he knew that Zexion thought he was cute. He had to hold back a whine and laugh simultaneously as Zexion redirected Xion's attention to the blond. He gave Zexion a knowing look, letting him know that this conversation would come up again eventually before giving in to the little girl tugging at his clothes. "Okay, okay! Let's go see your beautiful artistic abilities, then," he told her, happily taking her hand as she led him back to her room.
The blond looked around as he ventured further into the average-sized house. It was nicely-decorated, but it didn't really feel like a home more than just a house. There were no pictures scattered on the walls and tables, there were no medals or trophies or little trinkets. Just regular decorations you would see in an open-house for sale. It bothered Demyx slightly, but he didn't ask Xion about it. He would see if Zexion felt comfortable explaining why he looked like he was living in a doll house.
Instead, he followed the little girl as she trotted into her room. Demyx felt comfortable again as soon as he walked in. He smiled at all of the pictures she had coloured and things she had made at school were taped up to her walls with a blue tape. While the walls were painted almost-white and the floor was a generic tan, the girl's personality shone through all of the dullness, overshadowing it and making it beautiful. As he looked around, the girl had gathered up some of her drawings that were scattered on a little round table and piled them up as neatly as she could before pulling the blond over to sit down on one of the pink plastic chairs. One-by-one she began showing him her drawings, explaining why she coloured this purple and why she chose that picture.
"They're all so beautiful, Xion! I'm jealous!" he told her, leafing through the ones she had showed him. "And all I can do is play a little music. This is real talent, Sweetie," he told her, causing the girl to blush bright pink and grin from ear-to-ear, something he wouldn't have thought possible when he first met her. "You can play music?" she asked, a little in awe. The blond nodded and leaned back in the chair as far as he could without breaking it or falling over. "Yep! I have an idea. When I finish my first CD, I'll give you a copy of it, and you can draw or paint or whatever you want to do to make a cover for it from what you hear. How does that sound? You can make the art for the little booklet with the names of the songs in it, and the front and back of the case, and even design what the front of the CD looks like. Does that sound like something you would like to do?" he asked her, the girl's eyes widening and lighting up like stars. She practically lept out of her chair and tackled Demyx out of his own and to the floor with a hug. "That would be so cool!" she squealed, making Demyx laugh and wrap his arms back around her to return the hug.
Roxas winced at the mention of his back. He guessed Axel noticed the strain when he was trying to straighten it out. "That's not cool, Ax... I worked all last night, and my back's killing me," he mumbled with a soft sigh, snuggling up to the pillows. "I work at the Lowe's down the road, restocking shelves at night. Apparently everyone is paving their freaking driveways this week, because I had to restock a whole two pallets of forty-pound bags of cement. And I'm guessing everyone's building a pool deck or porch or something as well, because I restocked a whole wall of lumber," he explained, voice muffled slightly by the pillows. "Didn't get home until, like, three this morning. But, hey, more work equals more money. Gotta keep the world spinning and the mortgage paid," he told him, suddenly sounding exhausted himself as he thought about the weight on his shoulders. The last twenty-four hours had been such a strain on his body, and he hadn't even thought twice about slowing down, until a nap was mentioned.

Zexion just gave Demyx a small smile as he watched the two scamper off down the hall towards Xion's room, he was kind of glad the little girl was there to help keep Demyx occupied. Zexion wasn't the most social person, so he could feel himself wanting just some alone time in the kitchen. He normally cooked completely by himself, so it was weird having the blonde hover over him. Zexion kept an ear out though for the two loud, spazatic ones down the hall. He could hear just about their whole conversation since the apartment would be pretty much silent otherwise. It was a sad reality, but because they picked up and moved so often they really didn't have time to get anything that would add real noise to the house like an animal. One time, Zexion was allowed to have a fish, but he had to get rid of it six months later when they moved again. Zexion had actually gotten to the point where he never hung anything up unlike his sister. His room just about matched the rest of the apartment.
Axel frowned deeply, he felt sympathic for the blonde as he shifted on the bed. "Why in the world are you working at Lowe's? You are too small for that kind of work, you should work as a waiter or a cashier or something like that," Axel told his friend as he tried his best to hide the fact he really wanted to give him a massage. "But don't work, your super awesome best friend is going to help, whether you want me to or not," Axel said as he moved up and sat on Roxas's bottom. He slowly started by moved his long fingers up Roxas's back under his shirt. Carefully, he pulled he shirt up and removed it, so he could get at Roxas's back better.
Now with the shirt gone, Axel began to move his hands down Roxas's back, easily popping just about all of his veraberates as he went down. "Damn, your back really is messed up, you have all these knobs like everywhere," he noted as he began to work his hands on Roxas's back after he finished realigning his spine. Of course, now knowing this made him feel worse about hurting it earlier

Laughing, Demyx rolled Xion off of him, and he stood up, stretching his spine out and hearing a good few pops before relaxing with a bright smile. He looked down at Xion then grinned and squatted down. "Come on. Let's go see what your brother's doing," he invited, gesturing to his back. The girl giggled and climbed onto his back, holding on tightly to his neck and shoulders, legs gripping onto the blond's hips tightly. Demyx chuckled and stood straight, hoisting her up higher on him so he could get a good grip on her legs to keep her from falling.
"Alright. Hold on tight!" he told her before jogging out of her room and down the hallway to the kitchen. He skid to a stop as they reached the walkway to the small kitchen. He poked both of their heads in and grinned at Zexion. "How's the pie coming? I can't wait," he said, feeling his stomach rumble for some of that delicious goodness. He looked over at Xion and grinned once more. "Come on, Xi, let's leave him to cook in peace and go color in the livingroom again! I call all the blue crayons!" he cheered, gallopping back into the livingroom and plopping down, the girl still on his back, onto the floor. She giggled giddily and tumbled off of his back and onto the couch. Laughing, Demyx helped her to stand straight and plopped her down right beside him, handing her a piece of paper and taking one for himself.
Roxas hummed at Axel's question. "Cashier and waiter don't get paid near as much as overnight manual labor, Axel... If we don't pay the mortgage, we have to move, and I don't want to put my mom through that. It wouldn't be right," he told him. He honestly didn't even want to protest as Axel swung a leb over Roxas's body and straddled his hips. The blond groaned loudly in relief as Axel began running his hands up and down his back, straightening out his spine. "Oh my god, Axel, you don't know how good that feels," he groaned, body completely relaxing as he felt the last bit of his vertebrae pop back into place. Then the redhead began working on the knots. "I didn't even know it was this bad," he admitted, peering one of his eyes open as he looked back at him. "Thank you... For the back rub, and for not giving up on me when you rightfully probably should have," he told him softly, closing his eyes again and letting out a deep breath of air. "You're a great best friend...and I'm so lucky to have you..," he added on even quieter as he felt tension released from his body, something he hadn't experienced in a good few months.

Zexion was quietly molding the pie crust into the pan when Demyx and Xion came running down the hallway. "It is coming good, I am about to put it in the oven once I get this crust finished. It usually takes about twenty to thirty minutes to bake, so I hope you don't mind waiting." Zexion told the two as he finished the bottom and started filling it with the warm delicious mush that made pot pies so good. Zexion continued on making the dinner as he listened to Demyx and Xion. They acted like siblings already, it was really cute.
"You can't call all the blue crayons, how can I color the ocean or sky without blues!" She protested playfully as she started picking out colors. "Zexy says people have to share to make things balanced," she quoted to Demyx in a matter-of-fact tone. Unlike most kids, Zexion knew his sister was smart enough to understand when he discussed things with her. She understood that the world wasn't perfect, but it was her job not to make it worse by treating others unfairly. Although their mom didn't really have time to teach Xion about life, Zexion made a point to teach her. He didn't want her to grow up and end up like their mother or him even. He knew if he was more empowered as a children he would be more social, but he wasn't and Xion wouldn't be either without him.
Axel worked on Roxas's back for a long time, but eventually he began to feel himself wanting to wander. The more his hands worked out knots in the blonde's back, the more he memorized every curve and muscle that existed throughout his back. With every small moan of relaxation and release that Roxas gave him, the more he wanted. Eventually he couldn't take it anymore and he had to stop. He knew Roxas didn't want to have sex with him, so he just couldn't tempt himself any longer. "Well that's all you get," he stated as he climbed off of Roxas and scooted him over so he could lay on the bed next to him. "If I massage your back anymore, I won't be able to stop myself." He said softly just staring up at his ceiling. He really hoped that Roxas understood what he was saying, because he didn't want to make it to be awkward by saying directly that he was getting horny because he was touching all over Roxas's back.

Demyx laughed at the girl's wisdom. "You know what? You're right. But how about this, hm? I only get to color with blue, and you only get to color with the rest of the colors. Instead of a blue sky, make it green, or orange, or rainbow! Think outside the box, hmm?" he told her with a playful smile. "That's how new ideas are made: doing things out of the ordinary. Because the world needs to be in order sometimes, but other times, it's good to be free and creative and inspired. It's good to make the world different and crazy sometimes, because that's how you make new friends and live your life to the fullest. Life's a bore without chaos," he told her with a little wink. "So, do we have a deal?" he asked, holding his hand out for her to shake.
Roxas whined a little when Axel stopped rubbing his back. He pouted and curled up slightly as Axel flopped down beside him. He peered his eyes open slightly and looked over at the redhead who was staring at the ceiling. His words didn't really register in Roxas's hazy mind for a few moments, but when they did, Roxas sighed softly. He nudged himself over, climbing onto Axel's chest, and resting his head beneath his chin, palm resting on Axel's warm chest, feeling his heart beat. Roxas curled up to him and made himself comfortable. "We can pretend all we want, but we'll never be the same after today, will we?" he asked softly. He wasn't sad or upset, nor was he happy about it. It simply was, and there wasn't really anything either of them could do about it. He sighed once more and allowed his body to relax. "Thank you for the back rub... I feel so much better than I did. You always seem to know what I need better than I do," he said quietly. "Can you text my mom and tell her I'm over here? I'm too tired and too comfortable, and I don't want to leave tonight," he requested softly.

Xion gave him a confused look. She didn't understand why he was so determined to have all of the blue crayons. It wasn't very nice at all. "But if you only have the blue ones, you won't be able to color anything really either, because you will only have blue... Everything can't just be blue," she questioned as she looked between Demyx and her crayons. As he explained that sometimes things have to be different so there can be variety and creation in the world, the girl pondered the thought. "I guess that sometimes the sky isn't blue and either is the ocean, so I could manage... But everything is never blue. What will you color?" She asked the blonde as she started picking out various blue crayons and placing them on Demyx's side of the coffee table.
Zexion walked into the living room after finally getting the pie in the oven. "Hey, I am going to go change into something more comfortable, don't burn down the house, okay?" Zexion said seeing as he was in a white button up and black school clothes pants that were also now covered in flour from where chicken pot pie was just a messy food to make. The small framed male then moved down the hall to his room across from Xion's. As he walked in, the slate haired male didn't really think about the fact that Demyx was in the house, so he just pushed the door most of the way closed. Xion and his mother never came into his room really at all, so he never had a reason to fully shut the door. He never really needed the full privacy since his mother and sister knew not to come into his room unannounced.
Axel glanced at the blonde as he moved over to him. As the blonde curled up to his chest, Axel wrapped an arm around the blonde to pull him a little closer. It was nice to have someone to lay with him. "I don't think so... But I mean I think it is possible to get back to something at least normal. I mean, we just have to know our limits... And it is apparently sleeping together. I mean as long as you make bountries, I think people that like each other can still be friends, I kind of think of it in my mind like friends with benefits except like depending on the bountries, you don't actually do certain things... Does that make sense?" Axel asked after pausing in what he was telling the blonde to make sure Roxas and him were on the same page. "I mean unless you are uncomfortable right now, if you are, I can try and not make advances at you or make you feel that way, I know I tend to act like a flirt." Axel admitted to the blonde as he laid there holding the blonde close to him. "It's no trouble really, i have the talent so why not use it?"Axel replied as Roxas thanked him for the back massage. "Okay sounds good to me," Axel said as he used his other hand to pull out his phone and text Roxas's mom for him. She probably was going to think it was weird that Roxas was spending the night here after so long of not being here, but Axel certainly didn't want the blonde to leave.
