"I know you will be a fine king and a wonderful mate for whoever is lucky enough to be chosen by you. I can tell you, an arranged marriage isn't as great as most think. I just hope you don't get tricked by your chosen mate." Philip said softly looking at his prince for a moment. "I wish you luck in finding that partner Vaele, Im sure that heart of yours will know just who will be your perfect companion."

Philip followed Vaele into the garden and looked around at the various plants. "Your garden is lovely. You were busy this week? I hope it wasn't anything too serious, I know I haven't been the best, but I do worry about you as well. I thought about you even while I was with Solaris." He said before he looked at his prince again. He hadn't told anyone that Vaele had been in his dreams or when he was feeling saddened it wasn't Solaris he wanted to be at his side, but the prince. Philip didn't think that he could tell anyone about this development.

"It is good that he is well again. Perhaps it wouldn't be so exhausting if you had someone with you during such events? I know, having you with me during my time of stress made it easier for me. Perhaps you need someone by your side during such occasions as well."

Philip continued to swim and look around the garden before he stopped and looked at Vaele. "Have you been to see Vealde recently? I think it might do us both some good. I haven't been allowed to visit since Solaris returned. He believed I betrayed him by asking you to be Vealde's father."

Philip nodded when he was asked to visit the grave site of his son. "I would like it if we could go together. I would volunteer to split that work load with you if it were possible. You helped me and it is time I return that kindness and help you as well." He said before looking down as a rose was placed behind his ear. "I would like to hear you perform it might be calming as well." He said softly rather happy suddenly and starting to realize that he might have feelings for the man he was spending time with. He hoped he could be friends with Vaele if nothing else.

"Then it is a promise Vaele. When such an event happens I do believe that I have recovered a bit more then I would have normally. It is thanks to you." As Vaele swam for the door he nodded and went to the courtyard where they had met that day. Hearing Vaele speak of his child as an honorary son while true felt a bit different. He didn't know why, but Vaele seemed more of a father to his son then the man that gave the infant his genetic material. When Vaele did return Philip smiled and spoke. "Vaele, I want you to know, even if Solaris is his genetic father, you are someone who actually cares for him and are more his father then anyone else could be."

philip nodded at Vaele. "You will make a wonderful father when you have children. Your partner will be very lucky to have you Vaele." The other said before they swam to the sanctuary. The tombstone Vaele created sparkled in the sunlight and it was the first thing Philip saw. His son's grave certainly drew attention with such a sight.

"Where would you like to sit Vaele? I want you to be comfortable."

As much as the invitation to sit in the man's lap was tempting the teen believed it would give off the wrong impression to anyone that saw them. Not only that but it couldn't be easy to play while he had someone leaning on him. Still, the thought made him blush. Eventually Philip sat next to Vaele and closed his eyes relaxing and enjoying the music that his companion was playing. It was beautiful, though he expected nothing less from a man who probably had good teachers. "You play beautifully Vaele."
