"I see. I wish I could help you in some way, but the only magic I know is magic of my tribe." Bree paused for a moment before hearing about Caster's childhood. "She sounds like a lovely lady and quite powerful. She must be something to behold." Bree didn't mind in the least if Caster was bragging. If it was true then there was nothing to be ashamed of.
Bree thought for a moment as he mentioned about his roses and other ponies. "I do agree. Some aren't that bad. It all depends on who you meet to tell you the truth. Although, I guess I can understand if some ponies don't want to be bugged." She flung the box on her back before looking over some more of the items. Trying to figure out what might suit Caster. "Well do you like anything in particular in hobbies?" She stopped short when he was talking about kissing her she did not show her face for a while because she was blushing. "Oh my, if that's what you want then sure...I guess...I just uh..." She wasn't sure what to say before wobbling back and forth then fainting from the sudden excitement.
((Haha! Things just turned rather interesting. XD))

Caster shook his head. "Everyone who hears about it wants to fix it," he said quietly. "What ponies don't understand is the problem is with me and you can't fix me."
Caster heard Bree fall and spun around. She'd fainted! He crouched by her head and patted her cheek. "Bree? Are you okay?"
I don't know what to do! he thought. Dragons don't faint! Or do they? Should you move a fainted person? Or not? He began to fan Bree with his wings.
((I couldn't think of a thing she would have that would suit Caster! He doesn't really have a lot of thing things. Maybe you can come up with something the more you talk with him?))

Bree stayed fainted for a while. After a couple of minutes she came to.
"Oh...sorry about that." She shook her head trying to clear her head. "I.um...never mind." She stopped herself before rambling on more.
She got herself up off the floor. "So where were we?" She looked at the box she was going to take then back at Caster. "You said something about picking something for you and..." She trailed off for a second trying to remember what it was, but it slipped her mind completely. "Hmmm...well maybe surprises work the best in this case." Bree stretched out. "So I guess we better take this to Heketoro's place then?" She paused for a moment. "Unless you want to know what something in this room is used for?"
((That's fine. I'll wait and see.))

"We could stay here a while," replied Caster, sitting beside her. "It's getting late and we shouldn't bother him when there's the dinner rush. That's not a good idea." He looked around. "You can't really tell what time it is in here but it's a few hours after lunch, after all... Maybe I should be going home soon."
He suddenly twisted around and searched the cavern. "Do you live here?" he asked, not seeing a bed.
He saw some things on a nearby table he couldn't identify. "What are those?" he asked curiously.

Bree plopped herself back down. "Oh ok..." She looked around the cave before looking back towards Caster. "Well I guess this is the closest thing I call to home, but most of the time I'm out and about so I don't stay here for too long, new sites to see and all..." She stopped herself short. "Anyways those items on the table I got at the crystal lake." She paused for a moment remembering them. "Ah yes, it's actually the opposite of what those gems are. They are magic seals used to seal up magic if done the right way it can work wonders, but only skilled magicians should probably use them." She cocked her head to the side.
"To tell you the truth I have no idea why I collected that. A pony wanted to repay me for helping her deliver some oats and flour to the baker in a town." She looked over towards Caster. "You know, maybe your teacher would know how to use them if she is a skilled mage or master in magic."

"Binding jewels?" said Caster in a voice that could have been wonder, but was actually horror. He couldn't imagine having his abilities bound.
"Yes, maybe she could tell you what to do with those," said Caster. He tentatively brushed a jewel, but nothing happened. "You know..." he said quietly. "If you could set these in a trap... that might stop magic users from getting in here. And look pretty, too. It was nice of you to help whoever it was."

Bree nodded her head when Caster mentioned the name. "Yep and actually that is a good idea. If I ever figure out how to use them." She looked at them. "Actually I hate to ask, but do you think you would know someone who might know what to do with them?"
She was still dumbfounded on what to give Caster, but for some reason he didn't seem to be in too much of a rush to get something so she relaxed a bit. "I also have some interesting spices I got." She opened up her cupboards to reveal some exotic spices. "Oh and apparently I must of left some loose leaf tea in here too." She opened it up. "Hmm...not much left." She shut the case. "I tend to like to help out when I can. Besides it makes me look less like a menace."

"Binding spells..." Caster thought hard. "Magical jewels are the trades of Essence, Moonrise and-" he blushes and swallowed "- and Moondew. But I think they make jewels, they don't really use them... Maybe it would be worth going to see them, though."
Caster followed her with his eyes. "You don't seem like a menace to me," he said surely. "But it is nice of you to help out. A lot of people wouldn't. Some people don't even say thank you when you do something kind for them."

Bree packed them into a separate package. "Ok then they can have those then since the last thing I need is them backfiring on me and I trap myself or something." She nervously chuckled in embarrassment. Bree glanced around the room one more time before shutting up her spices and tea. "Well I'm glad someone thinks that way." She walked back over to Caster with the box before setting it down. "Well I hate to ask, but do you want to deliver these things or would you rather show me yourself? I don't mind either way."

Caster took the box in surprise. "I wouldn't mind delivering them, but maybe you want to meet them? It is getting late, I think, maybe you'd like to stay at the mountain tonight? There are lots of rooms, there. Or you could stay in the ice palace with my teacher."

Bree nodded her head. "Ok! Sounds lovely!" She picked up some of her belongings into a sack so she could take them with her. "I don't have a set area when it comes to sleep to tell you the truth so I can sleep anywhere." She thought for a moment. "Which do you think would be more welcoming of a strange dragon?"

Caster took some time to think about it as they walked out together. "My teacher, Eerinna, is a wonderful and kind person. My relative, Tundra, who also lives in the ice palace, isn't quite as nice. The mountain has my mother, she's very nice as well, and my father, who is a bit... he's not going to make Dad jokes and sometimes he can get scary. He passed that down to my brother, Blake, and his friend, Jet, is also pretty scary..." Caster's eyes bulged a little, thinking of having Bree around his horrible brother and his brother's even worse best friend. Asleep. "I think you should stay in the palace. It's very grand. You can just tell Tundra to go jump in the sea if she bugs you. You're bigger than she is."

Bree thought about it for a bit. "Well you definitely sound like you have an interesting family." She started heading out of her little den. "Ok! The Ice palace it is. As long as they don't mind having a dragon like me. I would even do some chores for my rent if they need anything."

Caster laughed loudly. "Don't worry about that- Eerinna makes the chores do themselves! She's a princess, she has never done a chore. You're nice for offering, though."

Bree cocked her head to the side. "Really? So her magic involves animating a broom to clean the floor?" She thought for a second. "You might of told me, but is this goblin magic you are speaking of?"
