The old woman pours water from a pitcher, then takes a cookie from a plate and puts it on his plate. "I made them myself," she says proudly.
Clearly Dark has heard one too many tales about eating sweets offered by a stranger in a house in the middle of the woods. He isn't too sure he should eat the cookie. The demon doesn't want to hurt the woman's feelings though. Dark bows his head and tries to appear remorseful.
"The cookies look and smell wonderful. Clearly you have a very adept hand at baking. My diet limits me to fruits and vegetables. It is with deep regret I must decline," he lied.
She looks both charmed and frustrated. "At least let me offer you a place to rest before continuing on your journey," she says, pointing to a pallet at the back of the room. "I'll sleep right up there in the loft if you need anything," she adds.

Esme sings a lullaby softly, hoping to make the dragon sleepy.
What an innovative solution! Roll 3d20 and if at least one of them is over 10, you succeed! Add +1 if your character has a talent for singing.
12+1=13 OR 19+1=20
Esme looks ahead while the smoke has dissipated.
Esme turns to the right and starts on a westbound trek. She slows her pace to feel her way through the darkness. She rustles some branches while chewing the bark of an oak tree. She remembers her youthful journeys when her family visited friends from another community. They always stayed with Dasher longer than the others so they could enjoy his oaks. When Esme had her fill, she lifted her nose to the air and strained to find some fresh water. She looked to the sky when she heard the cries of birds.
I am so sorry! That was Queentintin's response (you were just too fast for me! lol). Here is your response to putting the dragon to sleep:
The smoke doesn't really clear, as the dragon closes his (her?) eyes and starts to snore. But you can see piles of treasures everywhere you look! There is also another tunnel leading down from the other side of the cavern.

She passes some nettles and stops to snack on them.

A bar has a sign graced by a foaming mug of ale and a dancing girl. Smoke curls out of the windows and doors and curls around the structure like a misty, fragrant (or odorous depending on your reaction to tobacco smoke) hug. You step through the doors to find a bustling bar with a multitude of races busy drinking, laughing, smoking, and playing various games. What do you do?
sdrawkcaB wrinkles her nose as she walks in, towards the bar, hoping to see a familiar face.
There are no faces you are terribly familiar with exactly, but there are some human faces mixed in with trolls, orcs, elves, dwarves, and other races. The barkeep is human, large and jovial. "What'll it be, traveler?" he asks while pouring a drink for an orc sitting at the bar.
"You got any sodas in a bottle?" sdrawkcaB doesn't want to be rude, but she prefers quieter settings. Maybe she can take something to go... or maybe space at a card table has opened up? She gets lost in thought while she waits for his reply

"Soda?" He shrugs 'it takes all types' and pours a glass of soda water for you. Meanwhile, you do notice a card game has an empty seat. The boisterous players are of various races, even a hybrid or two.

The tunnel descends steeply but nimble Esme is able to keep her footing as she clambers down the long passage. Finally she comes to a lit hallway. Across from her entrance is a locked, empty cell. In one direction (if she has an Absolute Sense of Direction, she will know it is west) the hall has no more torches to light it, so it grows dimmer in the distance. In the other direction (east) she sees many torches light the way.

Still, she moves forward, glancing backward and checking that no one followed her. The torches no longer light her way and Esme stumbles over a stalagmite. Her range of vision is less than three feet. Esme hears a shrill shrieking and startled, she jumps to a trot. The path has narrowed again and Esme crashes into a wall.

I'm Cinnamon, the Male Khajit Dragonborn who turned into a Dragon because I equipped a cursed bracelet I took from the dead Dragon's hoard. Meow...Roar...Eek! I'm so confused! xp
You find yourself in a Town with three ways to choose from, one to the west, one to the north, and one to the east. Which way will you take: west (darkness shrouds your way), north (fog or smoke make it harder to see ahead), or east (this way is more brightly lit than either of the others)?
Smoke? Maybe there's other dragons around and they might know how to help me turn back into a Khajit? I'm going North.
HI, I am tintin, the adventurer, have sno special magical powers, but I own a dog, hes all white, in fact I call him Snowy! we love adventures, and like to figure them out mrgreen
You find yourself in a _Hedge Maze___________ with three ways to choose from, one to the west, one to the north, and one to the east. Which way will you take: west (darkness shrouds your way), north (fog or smoke make it harder to see ahead), or east (this way is more brightly lit than either of the others)?
I chose East , , (this way is more brightly lot than either of the others!) wonders whats younder East ^^
You and Snowy follow the brightly lit path, following the maze until you turn a corner and come face to face with a minotaur, huge and roaring. You can try to fight this enormous monster or turn tail and flee and hope to outrun him.
I chose to flee, and run, dont want it to hurt my Snowy! *tried to find cover*
You successfully outrun it back to the original intersection, but now you notice what was behind you to the south is a gate which is obviously locked. You can see through the bars of the gate a large but empty-looking mansion. Or you can still chose east path that is brightly lit by sunbeams shining through the leaves. or the western path that lies shrouded in darkness.
I chose the East path, though the mansion does look interesting to investigate, if only I could find a pick pocket! eek

You notice a bobbing light approaching, dimly at first (how long has it been coming before you noticed it?) and growing brighter, bouncing merrily along about six and a half feet (or about 2 meters) off the ground. When it comes closer, you see that it is a bright torch held by a guardsman in full official livery. He doesn't see you yet as you stand in the shadows.

You wander a little less frantically now, enjoying the fragrant hedge in the bright sunlight. You actually find a way out that leaves you standing on a dock that pokes into a swift river flowing past. You see a neat boat tied handily to the dock, and you're pretty sure you and Snowy could handle it in the river so long as you didn't try to fight the current. Unless of course you have a hitherto unannounced skill with boats!

Most of them don't answer at all. A half-orc, half-human man mumbles, "Sure." and one of the other players, an elven woman, nods in agreement at the empty seat and deals sdrawkcab in the next round.
