Lacavii kept his mouth shut so as to not spout off any smart remarks. He was already in repore with the new queen he could tell and saying anything more would just make it worse. Slowly he turned to Ezhno and lowered his head. "I am sorry Ezhno. I've had some things on my mind. My judgement was clouded sir." Lacavii replied trying to keep his anger in strong check. To pop off to either would more or less get him killed if he said anything to rude.

Lacavii bowed his head to Ezhno as his anger seemed to drop and he became ashamed of himself within. "You have my assistance and loyalty." Lacavii replied and slowly turned his head to look up at Ezhno. He knew now what he really needed was to be beaten for his rudeness but Ezhno didn't seem like the type of lion to do such a thing to one of his own pride.

Lacavii stood tall as Ezhno addressed him and nodded. "Yes sir." Lacavii replied simply. He wasn't sure on being alone with the lioness mother and her cubs now as he;d just made a very bad impression and was probably gonna get it but he would deal and do as told. Best to try and be on a good side of Ezhno and Twisted.

Ezhno gave the cubs another worried look. "They'll be okay without the both of us?" The tip of his tail twitched agitatedly...he wasn't used to caring for more than himself and an adolescent male...he had no clue when it came to cubs.

((*Waves a paw to make time pass* Time for cubs to grow up. ^^))

It was early in the morning so early the sun was not due to rise for a few more hours. Lacavii stood at the edge of the prides lands peering across the dry savannah grasses that spread across the land outside of the oasis. Silence loomed in the air around him and a smile spread across his muzzle. A few moments later a rustle from behind him made Lacavii turn his head back to the foilage behind him. "Who's there?" Lacavii called out and Ori stepped from the foilage. Lacavii looked up at the once cub that had now grown close to the size of his father. A magnificant lion he had become. "Lacavii, I'm leaving." Lacavii stared at Ori in surprise. His words had come so quickly and out of the blue Lacavii was sure he was dreaming this. "Why?" Ori moved forward to stand beside Lacavii and peer out at the grasses ahead. "I can't depend on my parents forever Lacavii. I've got to find my place. Maybe I'm not ment to be a prince in this pride. I've got to find out where I stand on this savannah and I can't do it here." Ori sighed trotted forward a few feet into the grass and turned to look at Lacavii. "Wait until they ask before giving them any information. It may be a few days before they realize I'm not here. That should give me time to get out of search range. Good bye Lacavii. Be safe." Ori turned and set off at a run with his back to the oasis. If he returned here again would depend on what he found waiting for him beyond the brown savannah grass.

Lacavii waited until the sun had risen and was in full view before heading off and starting his daily hunting rounds with Ori's words still ringing through his ears.

Lacavii paced along the edge of the pride. He was visibly anxious and for him that was completely out of character but he couldn't help it. He was worried sick over Noka. She'd promised to meet him at the edge of his prides lands but she wasn't here yet. Where could she be?! He had half a mind to go out in search of her but that was reckless and if he missed her and she got here and he wasn't here then it could be possible for the king or queen to mistake her for and enemy. Oh no no no! Tha would be horrible! He would wait right here! She is ok. She is ok... He chanted to himself. He could never live with himself if something happened to her.

Lacavii blinked in shock as he heard Lilith's voice and not moments later spotted her and Noka walking towards him. He couldn't believe his eyes. For one Lilith was laughing and two she was with Noka! He couldn't believe any of it! He was dreaming had to be but one nuzzle from Noka told him otherwise. This day was just full of surprises. "I see you are." He replied slowly going back into his old calm mood. "I didn't know you and the princess were friends..." Lacavii said as he nuzzled Noka's neck tenderly and looked over to Lilith giving her a respectful bow. "Princess Lilith."
