She sees the attack coming and just manages to move out of the way.
Vegeta reached the ground, to see that Mizu had moved not so far into the distance. The King used his other hand to propell himself from the ground, and rapidly approached Mizu. Within mere metres from her, Vegeta roared "King Fist!" As his right fist, engulfed in a barrage of yellow electricity, swung at Mizu's side.

Mizu gets hit and goes flying, but uses it to propel her next attack. "Twin needle!" Thousands of tiny ki blasts shoot at the King, growing in size as the progress.

Vegeta knew that dodging or physically blocking were not smart options, so the King extended his right hand at a 90 degree angle, and formed a translucent ki shield that was in the form of an oval and shielded all of his body. The shield progressively became weaker because of the quantity of ki blasts, but it stood it's ground. The ki shield then was absorbed back into the King's hand, as he used it to shoot out a large ki ball, about the size of a car.

Mizu sends out a Ki blast at the same time, it met the ki ball mid way causing a massive explosion, sending her flying across the room, she uses the speed to turn herself around and she goes flying right at him, shooting many different ki blasts at him.

"Hmph, neither of these fools could defeat me..." He smirked, cracking his knuckles in wait. "...Even after you recover...." Lavaros was ready to use any attack especially his own, if need be agains the other two...

Lavaros was ready to use any attack especially his own, if need be agains the other two... *Gilthana eyed the young warrior from his postion not far away........He was highly presumptious........a bit too cocky....... Gilthana walked quietly over to the boy, his back turned toward Gilthana.......... Gilthana layed a hand on the boy's shoulder as he gazed past him at Vegeta's and Mizu's spar.....* "That's highly presumptious of you considering, you are lookin at your King......... There have many who have boasted of their power, yet none have ever even made it to Vegeta........... Before you even deserve the right to challenge him you'll have to go through the Elites of our humble society, including Prince Cajun, Princess Kione, and myself,.. Lord Gilthana................. I do not boast to be the most powerful,..... I do not even go so far as to assume that you are weak, but know this......... I have never lost to anyone, not even to those select few who have reached SSJ4........... But you have heart,....that much I can tell easily........So I'll give you a challenge........... When their spar is complete, I want you to challenge my apprentice, Mizu.......... She is quite a warrior, If I might say so,........ If you can beat her, then you can then challenge me.........If you get past me.......I'll pass the word of your victory on to King Vegeta.........So,.....Do you accept, or has your mind been changed?"

Either he hasn't powered up yet, or he's hiding his power level, because that isnt what I'd expect from our king... I am sorry, My name is Lavaros, I have not been to Vegeta in some time, I was under Lord Coolers service when I was merely a Child... b*****d had always shown much more pleasure in causing people pain the Freiza did. But then, I went to Earth, I never got a look at Vegeta."

King Vegeta has not powered up at all.......By training at his basic power level, he is able to raise that power beyond its threshold, and in turn when he powers up, new levels of power will be attainable........... You should try this type of training yourself.....It's quite profficient........." *Gilthana removed his hand from the boy's shoulder and offered it in a friendly gesture........*

Lavaros accepted, and let out a chuckle. "Ahh, we always hide our power levels, its slightly strange isnt it?" He asked, folding his arms afterwards. "...It gives us such an advantage over others, if they wage a direct attack, there immediately defeated when we show our true power."

"Stop." Muttered Vegeta quitely, extending his right hand towards the incoming ki blasts. They halted in mid air, and slowly died out due to a lack of speed. "Mizu, perhaps we should end our sparring session, for now. It seems we have a newcomer that is quite eager to fight." Said Vegeta, previously noticing the long talk Gil had with the boy. Waving for Mizu to follow, Vegeta walked towards Gil and the newcomer, wondering exactly what was going on. "It's been some time, Gil. I hope you're keeping well. And I see the one beside you is eager for some fighting. Who will be his first opponent?"

"Apparently Mizu." Lavaros said with a smirk. "That is... If she can take the punishment..." His smirk faded. "...I must say, I thought you would have died along with the Old Planet Vegeta when Frieza blew it up." Lavaros said, eying him slowly. "I most unfortunately, was with Cooler."
