The personal issues you've got with him are not really the concern of any other person here in this guild, now is it? To others, myself including, he's still a friend despite the things he's done to you and your family. Those are none of my business, which is exactly why I still see him as my friend. So, why exclude other people's friends, when YOU are the one having issues with this individual?

You are allowed to say what you feel, denni, and you are perfectly right I DO have issues with JSU... serious issues, and i'm afraid these will never be fixed between us. However I am not the only one who has stated that they do not want him here, and seeing as thus far we have not invited Bill to join since he appears to be unpopular here (and god forbid I dont remember why) then yes my personal issues and those of others who have requested he not be allowed to join come into play. I state again, if JSU is invited or joins this guild, whether under his main or mule accounts without my knowledge, I will terminate his membership effective immediately.

Bill personally told me he wasn't really interested in being part of this Guild anyway, because there are people he doesn't wish to speak to at all. Or people he finds annoying. Either way, he probably wouldn't accept the invite.

I dont have to justify my reasons to you or anyone else in this guild.
This comes from my position as Vice Captain and also the fact that the CAPTAIN has decreed that the final decision rests with me and me alone.
Your absolutely right that I am using my power. So what? The fact of the matter is I DO have that power at my disposal and I will choose if, when and how to use it as I see fit.
Do not question my judgement in this matter.
I am taking this VERY seriously and weighing both sides of the matter.
My position as Vice Captain is to do what is best for the aims of the Guild.
My decision will rest upon my interpretation of what is best for the Guild.
It will NOT be from peer pressure, nor personal agendas.
If there are any further inappropriate posts or comments made within this thread they will be terminated - no questions asked.
Keep to the topic of the thread, or have your post removed.
There are other places to discuss this matter if you wish to pursue it further.

I'm going to PM you about this straight away, 'cause in every way I can see things, you're taking this invitation too personal, and not in the best interest of the Guild.

While you are right in the content of your question, this is not the appropriate thread in which to question. Yes, this is the invite thread...for listing who you would like to see invited to the guild, not to discuss why or why not to invite a user. Raven did state early on in the thread that JSU was not to be invited. That should have been enough explaination for you. On the same line, I ask that any members who have a question about any member that has been talked about on this thread being denied membership, to PM Raven or myself and we will explain further. This thread is to be used for listing people you would like invited to the guild. Please keep un-related chat in the Bar on the main forum or a thread in the Misc Sub-Forum. Thank you.
