Harry freed him in our second year here and he was so happy! Now he gets paid and holidays and he gets to wear clothes, he works here in the castle now, would you like to meet him. Harry told me how to call him." Hermione was so excited that somebody was asking about S.P.E.W. Maybe, she thought, somebody else is going to join!

Morgan shook the hand the girl had held out. "I'm in 5th year," she said answering her question. She looked over at Hermione and thought about it. "I guess I could join," she said biting her lip.

Amorella blinked at Hermione. "That's... interesting. Um.. that's okay, I don't need to meet him." she said, still a bit in shock. Wow. I didn't know anybody sould talk that fast. Amorella looked at the girl who was shaking her hand. "I'm in fourth." she answered, slightly dissapointed that she wasn't in her year. She pulled back her hand and looked back and Hermione. "Um... sure. I'll join whatever it is too."

"This is terrific! O.K. It's two sicles to join and that buys a badge, and we have a meeting every few weeks to discuss ways to further our cause. I just need to run upstairs to get the collection tin and two badges and i will be right back!" With that hermione jumped out of her chair past the other girls and took the stairs two at a time.

Amorella blinked and looked from the other girl to Ginny. "Wow. She... can really talk." she said in an awestruck voice. She unsnapped the hooks on her bag and rummaged through it. She was muttering under her breath something about stupid unorginization when she came back up with two sicles in her hand.

Morgan reached into her shoe and pulled out two sickles. "I keep one in each shoe for good luck," She blushed from embarresment before looking at Ginny to. "Who else is in this club?"

Ginny looked at Morgan, then answered. "Harry and Ron are, I'm not sure who else. All I do is try to discourage her from SPEW." She opened her bag and put her supplies in it.

Hermione ran back with the tin and the badges. "Here you go." she said handing a brightly colored badge to each girl and putting their money in the tin. Hermione then rummaged in her bag and pulled a short list of members out and added their names. "You probably dont know some of the people in S.P.E.W. but you know Harry and Ron obviously and Nevil and Seamus is in it as well." ((i dont know if he really is but for now lets just say he is. I dont remember them saying in the books he didnt so for now he is.))

Morgan looked confused. "Actually, I don't know Seamus and Nevil," she said, "I'm sure I'll meet them sometime though," She took the pin. "These are really cool pins," she said looking at it.

"Thanks, I designed them myself." said Hermione, "Nevil and Seamus are both in my year, theyre verry nice but seamus can be very stubborn. You would probably like them."

Hermione looked up at the clock and let out a sigh, "wow, its already 10:00 and i relly did hope Harry would be back by now. Oh well, I'm going to bed. I will see you in the morning!" Hermione gathered up her things and went upstairs to bed.
