Vismund Daisuke001 They're nice ^^. The admins have released alot of popular donation items this year whee . I know that the butterfly wings will make alot of people happy, especially those questing for fairy wings that wouldn't mind a cheaper alternative 3nodding . Haha, not for long. And when I think of that, it makes me want to stock up now and pass them around later on when they're expensive... if they get expensive. Thats probably a good idea, the wings are bound to become really popular given time.

WinterBear If they get expensive? I think these will become the next devil tail. Yeah, but don't expect them to jump to a million overnight. Heck, April '04s are still under 10k, and it's only recently that Jan'04s broke 100,000. We might be looking at the next Penguin/Seal slippers though.

I suppose I'd better hang around the Exchange for a few days and study before I attempt selling off any old letters.

I suppose I'd better hang around the Exchange for a few days and study before I attempt selling off any old letters. *nod* If you're going to sell anything, be sure to watch the items for as long as you can in advance; if it's a donation item, depending on the month, watch to see how fast it grows in value. For example, the March 04's seem to gain about 10k about every two months (or so), and the June04's are usually pretty close to 'em. It sucks to sell something only a few days before it starts climbing again. xp

I don't like them all that much. I do like the eyebrow things on the spider part, and the wings are okay if I wanted wings, which I don't (plus I see them on so many avatars now it's kind of redundant). For now I'm going to keep my obligatory letter closed. At least I know it'll be worth the slightly-higher-than-usual price I payed for it a few weeks ago.

I was shocked that they released wings for the back. Seriously shell shocked. Having said that, it is curious to note that recent (05 and late 04) letters that were increasing in price have dropped again after this release of new items. The wings themselves have also dropped after the first day, unlike what I remeber of the kiki kitty, it stayed high for a few days.
I would be curious to see what happens if/when the butterfly wings reach the 40k mark. Will they be stagnant there as people decide between fairy and butterfly wings? The spider is a very interesting idea, and the way the two relate is fairly interesting. I dont think any other donation letter had two items that complemented each other in it.
