I found another scan of Hiei in the manga!

It's in book 14 (Which is now released in America), on chapter 129.
He's on a wanted poster. xD

Also, Togashi-san is on the wanted posters as well. (He plays as a dog in the manga. lol. Bet everyone knew that already. x3 )
