His wrist-comp alerted him to the person at the gates, emitting a low beeping. His eyes opened slowly, then he snapped awake as he realised what it was.
He quickly stood up, and headed outside to the gates. As he grew close enough, he stared at the woman critically, seemingly recognising her.
"Ehh..... What do you want?"

She smiled, extending her hand through the gate.
"I want in. I want to be a part of this plae, I can help you with computers. I recently detected a loss of yours, but a major power spike before. Did you break it?"
The smirk was all too evident, she was pushing her luck and knew it, but carried on anyway.
"I traced a very faint signal from here, from the mains, but no connection to the internet. I have access to an assortment of parts, I can have you back online in almost no time at all..."

He stepped closer, and the gates opened up to his ID. A small grin lit up his face as he realised some other advantages to letting her in...
"Please... Make yourself at home. If you try anything that we don't approve of, you will be killed."

(( sweatdrop My internet screwed up on the cable connection and mom was on the phone, so I couldn't use the other comp's dail up connection til 10:00 PM my time. sweatdrop sry Wes.))
*The TV becoming boring and the remote nearly molded into Crim's hand, she stood up. After prying the plastic from her grip, she flipped off the TV and dropped it onto the couch before giving a stretch and walking to the kitchen.
Not being quite tall enough to reach the top cabinets, she hopped up onto the counter, kneeling on the smooth surface, to sift through the various foodstuff. Her brow furrowed in concentration as she shoved one thing aside after another, but then her face broke into a grin when she found her lunch: a cup of beef ramen noodles.*

OoC K. Since Gaia ******** up earlier; Oxy and wassface wandered into the mansion, Oxy showed her around, and then she just retired to her room to set up her computer desk. Oxy buggared off to the rear grounds to train.

Hopping in his truck, which had now appeared right next to him through my 1337 powers of narration, Oxy drove off, missing the gate, drive, and everything else in the way of the tree, and the BlackIce Tavern.

*Shawn came down the steps looking thouroughly refreshed. He wandered into the kitchen, where he quickly mixed together a bowl of cereal, and ate it. He then wandered into the back yard, and set up some targets. he pulled out his pistols, and moved back to about 50 yards away. He took aim and fired, multiple times. When he had exhausted his supply of ammo, he grabbed the tattered remains of the targets. He then dropped his guns, and pulled out his katana. He ran through various attack routines over the next hour, and when sweaty to the point of having his katana slip out of his hands, he retired to his room to shower. He came back down after, and began watching tv, waiting for someone to come along.*

*Shawn stood up, smoothed out his clothes, and went down to the garage. He got in his Aston Martin, and took off out the gates. He returned sometime later, with an order form for his motorcycle clutched firmly in his hand. He went on up to his room, filled it out, and put it in the mail.*

*Shawn came down from his room, after having ordered a few more 'toys' to be delivered to his private residence. They were a black 2003 Honda CBR1100XX, a red 2004 Honda TRX450R, a blue 2004 BMW Z4 Convertible, and finally a 2004 blue BMW K1200GT. He recalled the name of the bank planned for the heist as he passed the notice board, and it reminded him of something he had meant to do for a while. He descended down to the basement, and entered his Aston Martin. He drove to the bank that they were planning the heist on, and went in to inspect any defenses he could.*

*Crim landed softly on the roof of the mansion. Sighing, she wandered down to her room and promptly flopped onto her bed. Quickly kicking off her boots, she snuggled under her covers and soon fell asleep, not even bothering to take the time to dress into her night clothes. Splitting her soul had been a greater task than she had originally believed and the act had still left her rather drained, despite the fact that she had become and official Gaurdian Angel several nights ago. Muttering a bit in her sleep, Crim drifted off*
