Shehk had been having a rather nice dream, actually. It involved a desert and being warm and sleeping on a nice warm stone out in the sun. Mmmmm, warmth. It wasn't a very comfortable rock, but ohhhh, she didn't mind. Did Shehk sleep often? Not really.

But it wasn't too long into her nice dreamland sunbathe before suddenly dreamland was punctuated with a loud skree. A very loud skree. Her eyes suddenly jolted open and the pricolici jerked, bonking heads with Jericho as she sat up, looking around in a panic. Oh jack, there was glitter everywhere and then there were elephants and there was Cam right there.

Shehk shrieked before she actually took everything in, clapping her hands over her mouth last minute. Shitshitshit.

The glitter, flipped tables, and slow descent of the entire party into madness left Pickles feeling right at home.

He ducked underneath half a flying cake, but wasn't lucky enough to avoid a greasy smear of dip, and after slipping, sliding, and crawling like an foot soldier behind some of the overturned tables, he made it to his destination:

His coat.

That guy had been going through it, and his stuff was all over the floor. Yanking the coat on, he took off the hat and began to pile everything he could into it. Scattered gags, weapons...where was Harry?

She also waved at Pickles. He was one of her favorites.

mhmm~ so beautiful. Levi sighed, partly out of longing to have eyes just as if not more beautiful than West's green glowing ones. Why weren't her eyes beautiful like his? Ah-!!! There were no words when the wrath demon took hold of her waist; all the tatzel could think of was how well he did it. Her Vampire Teddy was flung to a corner of the refreshment table temporarily.

Looking at their reflections, she found herself envious of his perfection. Then he said "us" and went on like he was about to tell her she was... Yea?...

But he stopped there. Levi wanted to hear more from him and his better-than-hers voice. His voice was so strong and rough; why wasn't she able to use such a voice? Speaking again, West brought up something she knew she surely did at least on par to him if not surpassing. There was no way of knowing this, of course, unless she took to dancing with him- which she would gladly do. Dance?... yeah, alright.

A lack of music wasn't a concern of the ghoul at all. Hands sliding around the demon's neck, Levi followed West's lead. Yer a good leader, ya know that? Would be nice to lead half as well as he did. The boil was just made for this, it seemed to her.

Contact? Contact...

West was on her more than she was him; this wouldn't do. She needed to have more contact on him if she was to be helpful in his becoming stronger. That- and the thought of him being more of something again made Levi envious of his success. The ghoul's hands smoothed down West's vest to rest on his chest and she pressed herself up against him. Ears flickered down and Levi nuzzled her head snuggly under West's chin with a smile, closing her eyes.

Yer so hot. How'do ya git so hot... The tatzel slow danced comfortably against West, still wishing she could lead half as well... and now also that she could warm an individual as well as he was. Indeed, she had meant body heat. It wouldn't be too long till Levi yearned to looked back into those greener than green eyes. Pulling back up to look West eye-to eye again, she noticed ... was he actually sparkling now? How did he manage that?! She wished she could sparkle too...

A sigh escaped her lips. Just can't take 'm eyes off 'of yew. One hand came up to his cheek while the other snaked around his shoulder, helping her to press her cheek against his. I wanna be just 'as sweet. Maybe if I... Her cheek brushed off of his... and their lips were but an inch apart...

Pickles stopped frantically reclaiming his belongings long enough to wave back at Desu-chan.

Considering her fluctuating mental state, Shine had done relatively well throughout the whole event. In spite of missing Rain immensely, she hadn't cried! Not even once!

And then something had to go and ruin that.

She felt someone - something? - shaking her, and looked down to find...um...no. No, no, no.

Horrified, she tried to get it off of her. Oh, this was so much worse than the gnomes! No amount of shoving and shaking and squealing seemed to do much good. It was locked on. Her hands went to her mouth in terror, intending to hide any regurgitated bittersweets should they appear.

Just as she thought she might die again, the thing left her leg.

Then Shine was on the ground, leaning her head against a chair, sobbing softly to herself. She'd wanted to save herself for Rain. It was going to be so special and romantic, just like in her books! Now what would she do!?
