Jeff sighed and dug around one of suitcases and pulled out a laptop. Good thing he had his wireless card. He sat back down on the bed with the laptop and started calling housing places.

Yakov rested his head on Jeff's lap to observe the proceedings.

Jeff showed Yakov the pictures of all the houses in the area that were available. Seeing which ones he liked and didn't.

Suddenly Yakov sat up. "That one." It was kind of small but had two stories and was right off the edge of a huge grove trees. It was also blue and had a rather large southern style front porch.

Jeff smiled, he had liked this one too. He talked to the properties lady on the phone and got a fairly good deal. It had absolutely nothing to do with him being slightly famous in town and he could throw the charm on over the phone. He had plenty of money, his mother had left him a rather large share after her death.

Jeff smiled, "Not quite, we have to sign the papers the day we get into the town, but after we sign it, we get the keys and the place is ours." He kissed Yakov.

Yakov pulled Jeff down into an even harder kiss. "I am going to drag you up those stairs, get impatient, and take you before we make it to the bedroom."

Jeff smiled, "Mmm Thats ok with me..." He kissed Yakov and again and yawned. "Mmm buying a house has made me sleepy..."

Jeff smirked, "Oh, no, nothing at all..." He yawned again and closed his eyes. "Mmm sleep."

Yakov for once, had fallen asleep before Jeff and had missed all of this.

Jeff woke as the first rays of sun hit their bedroom. He was smiling because he was thinking of their own house. He was going to have to call the school and cancel their rooms in the dorms...and move all their s**t to the house, they could always rent a uhaul....
