A place where bounty hunter of the North Blue gather. It is dangerous for a pirate to walk around here as many of the bounty hunters are experienced. However it wouldn't be hard for a pirate with a small bounty to lay low and have a drink or two with the hunters.

Rednal quietly wandered into the area, ready after his long trip at sea to really get things up and going. There was more taining to be done. He watched the inhabitants of the village for a little while, and it didn't take very long to come to a conclusion... they were somewhat on the weird side. Not that weird was strange to him, all things considered. He shrugged slightly. Well, he wasn't a pirate, so there were really not any problems he needed to be concerned with.

Unless he really wanted to be, of course. But then again, he wasn't very big on anything like that... he wanted to go his own way, and he wouldn't begrudge others the right to go theirs. It seemed a fair way of looking at the world, at least as far as he was concerned. But that didn't mean he wouldn't learn what he could from the people he came across. Most of his learning was more like theft; he observed and then he copied. After all, who'd just teach him?

No sane person would agree to teach some random wanderer anything they wanted to know. That was in violation of every law of common sense. He could be a pirate spy, for all they knew, not known as a pirate but more than glad to steal all their information and send it to everyone else. Hence, watching and learning from a nice, safe distance, where he didn't have to interact with anyone. That wasa much nicer way to go about doing things. Muuuuuch nicer.

Though admittedly, the people here were perhaps a little more unusual than he was used to. But regardless of appearances, if he could become stronger, that's all he really needed to be concerned with. To take anything he needed and grow ever more powerful, so that he could stand at the pinnacle of the world and nobody would look down on him. To be realistic, though, he still needed more training. More and more and more to become stronger.

This was just a tiny little step in the process. Rednal focused on what he'd seen, and for a moment his awareness expanded. Well, that wasn't so bad, he supposed... might come in useful at times. That was about all he'd probably get that was useful from him, but hey, you couldn't be too picky about where your power came from if you intended to gather ever-increasing amounts of it. As he did. Rednal nodded and turned to the next target.

Rednal looked kind of bored afterwards, as he continued to observe the people in the village below. One of them looked like he had something that was at least slightly useful, which was not a bad thing, everything important considered. Though another one of them seemed to be too busy posing to be of much use or importance... but a pose could come in handy sometime. He just... had to come up with a situation where that was the case... Yeah... somehow.

Rednal cracked his neck slightly as he focused his mind again. Once more, there were things to learn in this place, so he may as well get started on them. Watching some of these hunters was slightly nausea-inducing, though. He just didn't like the way they acted, or looked. Still, it was time to take what he could, and frag any issues that arose because of it. Together, these people really were quite weak. Put them together, and there might be some small amount of power to be had.

Or, better, a whole lot of power. Take what you could from these people, and adapt it to your own purposes. That was one good way of doing things, especially if you had a creative mind. Which Rednal usually did, of course. He focused on what he had witnessed being done, working to replicate it exactly as necessary in order to perform it. It was dead-useful, being able to surprise your enemies by doing something completely unexpected. He fully intended to make use of that.

Starting with learning kicking techniques. Legs had a longer reach than arms, and as a result you could have a small but crucial advantage in battle if you had a lot of leg power and your opponent did not. Besides which, weapons were somewhat less effective against sweeping attacks. Rednal nodded, focused, and lashed out with a kick towards an imaginary opponent's midsection. Yeah, that was a nice and proper way to do something. Exactly as he wanted.

"O-fantastique!" Xaaik said bringing his fingertips to his lips and making a kissing sound to represent its beauty. Xaaik brought his dish up atop the heating table and rang the bell.
"Bon Appetite! Order up!" Xaaik said loudly out to the restaurant as a waiter quickly grabbed the dish and sent it to the front-of-the-house. Xaaik clapped his hands together as he went back to the oven.
"Ah, baked to perfection...." Xaaik said with a sigh before grabbing a pair of oven mitts and opening up the oven. He took a moment to savor the heat and the smell that came out of the oven, the pungent smell of baked desserts sliding out of the oven.
"Délicieux! I could never grow tired of this!" He said, licking his lips with the satisfaction of making yet another work of art. If Culinary was a drug, Xaaik would be it's biggest addict in the whole Grand Line, though there is room for some much desired improvement, Xaaik liked the 'level' of chef he was at.

Rednal calmly continued with his training, working to build his body up to the necessary level of power and skill. There was no such thing as too much training, not among those people who wanted to travel the Grand Line freely. To that end, Rednal kept up with what he was doing, ignoring the exertion. Pain was simply weakness leaving the body. He needed to get rid of every shred of weakness, and instead turn all of it into new strength. To become ever-stronger.

He chuckled quietly, outside of town as he was, but close enough to look in on those below. Knowing how to hide in the terrain was useful; Rednal just didn't like talking to other people very much. He found them strange, annoying, and often unable to truly assist him in meeting his goals. Rednal didn't need to be the King of the Pirates. Or lead the World Government. He needed the people who took those spots to listen to him and recognize his opinion as being as important as their own.

Infinite, unlimited power. He'd need to get a Cursed Fruit eventually, of course. That was rather high up on the list of things that could be useful. A power strong enough to help him in his fights, and conquer all those he found necessary to destroy. Not that he'd go seeking such people out, of course. He had more important things to be doing than deliberately getting into fights. But he intended to see to it that if he ever did have to get into one, and he probably would, that he would win.

Not just win by a little... but by an enormous amount. So that people could not attribute their loss to bad luck, but to an honest difference in power. An undeniable force was what he needed to have, and for that, he trained. This was the right way to go about it... to be so strong that nobody could look down on him. Rednals eyes narrowed slightly as he gazed forward, then he lashed out with another practice kick. Drilling the techniques into his body's memory was a good way to learn them.
