At least Explosion finishing move damage is based on your magic skill.
My first game I picked the Shield, and it worked out alright for me. I know the Sword is what they want you to pick, just hack n' slash, but I like some variaty.
Kingdom Hearts (2), while being teh awesome, is unfortunately not that big on variaty.
Then the second game I'm playing through now in KH2 I decided to try caster, but because of the total lack of MP and the inefficiency of spells I'm just a crappy meleer. xp

I can draw, not very well in my opinion, and not at all in mspaint, but I've noticed in the cartoon world you skills can boarder on pathetic and as long as your just a little funny you can develope a cult fallowing. twisted
