Yep, I remember you are in the desert of CA, right? I have no idea where, but you might be near Bakersfield? You have never said, but that is ok.

Thanks and I agree, but it's not like Paradise anymore, it used to be like a Ghost Town but with all these people moving in, things have changed a lot and it sickens me, the houeses being built right next to each other is like living in LA again. crying

I once lived in LA a long time ago. I hated it there. I left and vowed I would never go back. The smog, the rushing around, the ugliness. No, LA was not for me.

Oh noes! Not houses built next to each other!!!! You Americans get way more space than us as it is, think yourselves lucky. The mass populace here live in semi-detached or terraced houses with pokey little gardens and no real private space.

Yah, I have seen some London gardens, they are like postage stamp size!
But in some places here it is common to have an acre of land for your house.

I've noticed, you should consider yourselves very lucky. We have a small strip of grass out front and a small patio garden out back.

Oh I love the ocean! I really miss it. I have been to the Atlantic of course, but it's not the same as the blue Pacific.
