*The blast rushed over Layra's face, waking her up with a start. She saw Jon fly down the hallway in a puff of smoke. She spared a second to realize that Nikkos was now next to her and then she was off after Jon.*

"SHE TRUSTED YOU! HOW COULD YOU?! YOUR NOT WORTHY OF HER!" Jon's fangs were extended to their fullest and he was beginning to change into his true form. He bent over Ben, who was now crying, he was worried not for himself but for what happened to Chesna, he didn't want was wrong with her.

*Layra froze in terror for a moment as she watched Jon transform. The sheer terror in Ben's eyes snapped her out of it.* No, wait. He doesn't even know! *She screamed. She lunged forward and grabed Jon's arm, trying to divert his attention at least if he didn't stop.*

Jon ignored the deadweight on his arm. His mind was gone, he had reverted to his true form and almost all knowledge of himself was gone, except anger and fear, all of it centered around teh small vampire on the ground. Jon grabbed hold of Ben's neck and squished it in his hand as if Ben was putty.
Ben gasped as he felt he air rush out of his throat. The pain was horrible but his own mind started to turn in a different direction. He wasn't going die here, infact he wasn't going to be the weakling anymore. He put his own hand around Jons and twisted. Ben was amazed at his own strength, and so was Jon who roared out in pain.

(Ready, Set, New Character!)
*Layra stood staring in teh hallway. Her brain had simply stopped thinking. Had she actually needed to breathe, she probably would have passed out by now. Suddenly, amongst the screaming and the chaos streaming out of Ben's room, can a different feeling entirely. It was coming from down the hall and it was very powerful.*
Jon! Put the boy down! Boy, let go before you do something you regret! *He stormed up the hall walking towards the scene with a determined strong gait. His dark hair tossed about behind him in both his wake and the wake of the chaos.*
*The voice brought Layra back to life. It seemed so very familiar, but it couldn't be.....*

Ben let go of Jon imediatly after he realized what he was doing.
Jon reluctently let go of Ben and turned around. "Who dares to break the sanction of my house?!" He bellowed angerly.

Now Jon, please don't say things like that. *It was very hard to tell by the look on his face whether or not the hurt was real of feined.*
Vlady! *Larya ran and hugged the man so tight he let out a groan.* How ever would the universe go on without you?

Jon looked at Vlad with a bit of confusion mixed with a pinch of shock on his face. "What are you doing here? I thought you were over somewhere west?..." Jon wondered if Vlad was here on bussiness or pleasure, you could never really tell. Had he already heard about Chesna or was he here by chance?
Ben took this oppurtunity to back quickly and silently away from Jon. He slid back till he came up against a wall then slowly stood up, hopeing no one would notice him.

*Layra completely ignored Jon.* There's someone I want you to meet, he's....oh yeah, I left him in the doorway...I'll be right back. *Layra ran off to go retrieve Nikkos.*
*Vlad watched Layra race down the hallway and sighed.* You know, in some ways she will never be any older than five and in others she is more like 5000, but she tends to ruin those moments very quickly. So, as for what I'm doing here. Same as usual really. Both visiting friends, practicing that weird thing I do that makes me show up at the right place at the right time, and them. *He pointed his thumb over his shoulder down the hallway in the direction Layra had run.*

Jon sighed softly to himself. The less people that knew about Chesna nd child the better. He just hoped Ben would catch on and not say a word about who he was and what he was doing here. He also hoped that Vlad would forget what had just ensued. "You are definatly in the right place of good company. That boy of Layra's is a fine fellow. Would you like something to replenish your trip?"
Ben didn't move a muscle. He could fell Jon willing him not to move. With his sences on edge he thought for a moment he felt Chesna, whereever she was.

(Obviously poor Vladdy is more oblivious than he thinks.)
*Vlad glanced in Ben's direction.* Yes, what is it with the sudden influx of men into these girl's lives? I come to where all of my tracking says the girls should be and now I find out Layra has a man. I can only assume that this one belongs to Chesna. *He guestured at Ben.* She never really had good taste that one.

Ben opened his mouth to relatiate but Jon beat him to the punch. "Quite. Thats why she left him here." Jon hoped layra nad Nikkos could hear Ben's new life. "The boys is quite new at what he is and Chesna was trying to see if Nat and I could improve him."

*It took Layra few moments to revive Nikkos and when she did she simply pulled him up and informed he that he was coming. As she walked down the hall she heard Jon's rather suspicious comment.* I think that was for us. *She said to Nikkos. As she rounded the corner her joy at seeing Vlad filled her agagin and she abandon Nikkos to give Vlad another discomforting hug.* This is Nikkos, he's absolutely crazy about me and that one in there is Ben. Chesna had a small accident. *She said in a fake whisper and than hugged Vlad again.*

Jon laughed. "You know how Chesna can get. quite a silly little thing this one is though." He laughed again as he pulled Ben, who was now trying to sneak past him, closer to him with an arm around the shoulder. He quickly whispered, "this isn't over." so only Ben could here and smiled over at Vlad. Ben looked terrified.

*Vlad felt something a little odd here, but than again, seeing Layra again was a little odd. He turned his attention to Nikkos* I think both congradulations and warning are in order. You'll be her first and last, either you will be the happiest man on earth, or it will kill you.
*Nikkos still was not fully recovered from his recent unconciousness and looked at Vlad in confusion.* Wha... *Was all he could manage.*
*Layrar, however, punched Vlad in the ribs.* He's just trying to scare you. Stop trying to scare him!
Just because its true....*he said mockingly and recieved another punch for his efforts.*
