She sat back and then stood up, checked her daggers, and watched him. She didn't know if what they did was a good idea or not. But she liked it and she could defend herself if need be.

He got up and smiled at her still blushing a bit. He grabed his sword an stood up and looked over at her. "umm Acryn try not to let any one know about this. I am almsot positive this is exactly what Caliesil wants... and he is going to try and get me to betray you. So I am going to try and get close to you but not to close so Caliesil will tell me to move in. the less people know the better. I of he finds out about...this...he will try and get me to betray you and if I don't he will use you against me in some way."

Toni ran through the temple as fast as her legs would carry her, saving her powers for the battle to come. She grumbled to herself incoherently when Renn didn't answer. She had to warn Acryn and Almon before they got caught up in a mass of undead druids. She could see the faint blue aura floating along the ground slowly as she ran, praying nothing bad would happen before she got the warning to them

"I know, Almon...But...what if he already knows this?" She sighed and looked down at the ground, then back up at him. "Doesn't matter. I'm sure things will turn out okay. We'll get through it."
She smiled and then turned when she heard footsteps echo through out the hall. She got in a defensive stance and waited to see what it was.

He was about to kiss her again then hea heard some one coming as well. He pulled his sword and got ready for an attack. It only sounded like one person but still how much noise can ghost's make. "Remember just cover my flank and look out for my sword." he said not taking his eye's away from the hall way.

*Angel slowly crawled towards the gate the agony unbearable, tears slowly falling down her face, she quietly mumbeled to herself*

"Yeah, sure." Although I can protect myself... But she didn't say that out loud. What confused her though is that it didn't sound threatening. It was just one pair of footsteps. Is it Toni maybe? She waited a short distance behind Almon and waited.

"I know you can protect yourself trust me I know. It's just i needa lot of room to wield this right and if your infront you could easily get hurt." he said looking ahead waitng is it Toni? Please be Toni, he thought as he still waited.

She was frozen to the spot. How? Can he read my thoughts? It unnerved her a little and she walked up behind him, placing a hand on his shoulder.
"I'm sure it's just Toni. Nothing to worry about."
She stood up on her tiptoes and kissed the back of his neck.

Toni's foot caught on a chunk of stone, sending her flying into the ground. Her cheek stung but she got up and kept going anyway, Almon and ACryn just up ahead

The kiss sent a shiver up his neck and threw his body. He turned around smiling and gave her kiss on the lips. He held it a few second then backed away. "I am sorry. I went inside your head for a few seconds. and your tone of voice I could tell as well. I won't do it again. " he heard Toni hit the ground and he went over to her. "Did Angel get out in time?"

She smiled gently and then turned toward the sound of a crash, and then she heard their names called out.
"It is Toni."
She started running down the long hall and she saw Toni just up ahead. She stopped and called out to her.
"Toni! What's wrong?"
Her right hand was ready to grab a dagger or two if need be.

She was out of breath from the long sprint but she still had enough energy left to hold out. Reaching behind her she grabbed four more daggers, slidding 2 of them up the inside of her wrist and holding two more, straining for any little sound

Volgraza felt a twing in the air as if some thing was about to happen he stood up and walked out to see Angel on the ground crawling to the gates. he ran up her "are you ok what happened?"

"s**t.."
She looked down the long hall into the darkness, a cold shiver racing down her spine.
"What happened? Nevermind. I'm going to go find her and get her out."
In a flurry of motion, Acryn had shifted into the form of a pristine white wolf. She could run faster this way and hopefully get to Angel in time. Right now, she wasn't worried about her energy being burned off so quickly, she just worried about saving the lives of her friends.
"I'll be back soon."
She set off at a fast run down the hall and out of the temple toward the gates.
