Jeff laughed and slapped Brandon on the back, "Don't worry about dude, Yakov and I will make sure Kyle doesn't do anything more stupid. Plus I trust Holly to just beat the s**t out him if he does."

Jeff couldn't stop laughing. He was enjoying his soon to be family more than ever.

Everyone was in a bit of a fit of laughter when someone appeared in the middle of the room.
Alejandro brushed his hair back over his shoulder. He nodded towards the two wers he already knew. "Jeff. Yakov is your sister around."
Yakov shrugged. "Probably, she and Connor have been in and out, hunting and fourwheeling. I don't really keep track."
Brandon was a bit gobsmacked. "Are you guys aware that a vampire just popped into your house?"
Alejandro sighed and began to whirl around. "What is it with people and knowing about vampires these days? There was a time when..." He stopped when he saw Brandon, gave him a once over and held out his hand. "Hello, Alejandro Diego Valdez."
Luka suddenly spoke up from the bottom of the stairs. "Ally, stop flirting."
"I was just saying hello."
"For you that's flirting. Now, back off Brandon. It's not gonna get you anywhere. You've go bits he doesn't like."
Alejandro smiled. "Minor detail."
Brandon just pointed back and forth between Alejandro and Luka.
Luka shrugged. "Ex-boyfriend."
Brandon was still confused. "You dated a vampire."
Luka looked around the room at the confused faces. "Is everyone okay with just going with this for now?"
Holly, Erika, and Brandon all looked at each other and then nodded and visably relaxed.

Jeff rolled his eyes. He was tired of surprises. He just wanted to move into hi house and be done with the world, well that and do Yakov when and where ever the hell he wanted to and finish up his chemical engineering degree.
Jeff leaned over so only Yakov could hear, "Why does he keep popping up everywhere?"

Luka gestured over to the living room. "I'm asuming that the lump on the couch belongs to you."
Alejandro nodded. "Yes, yes it does."
Everyone crowded into the living room where the was a ball of blankets on one end of the couch. Alejandro sat down on the other end.

Jeff followed everyone into the living room and looked questionably from Luka to Ally to Yakov. "What the..." He muttered under his breath.

"The hell is this?" Connor mumbled, already on the defensive thanks to Alejandro being present.

"Feeling better then?" Curtis chuckled. He knelt and stroked her head once before he tore out of his clothing and changed to his wolf form as well. He nuzzled his mate with his tail wagging.

Kat nuzzled Curtis back with excitment. She was barely able to keep still enough for that. She started bounding about the yard, playing with Curtis with her tail raised high and wagging like no tomorrow. "Holy cow! Curtis! I'm a wolf again!"

"It's been a while," Curtis answered, a smile plastered on his muzzle. "Too long, really." He hadn't been a wolf himself in a while, so he pranced around with his mate, sniffing the yard as he hadn't in quite some time.

Kat pounced on Curtis when he was least expecting it and growled playfully. She had her fun but then one of the girls stirred. She gracefully transformed and ran inside to her girls.

The ball of blankets started to stir. After a moment a girl dug her way out of the pile. She looked up at the group staring st her. "Hi there." She smiled in a sign of peace.
