Luka actually wasn't quite sure what to say. Thankfully, Brandon jumped in. "She looks like a cuddler."
Many eyes turned to him in confusion. Erika was the first to say what they all were thinking. "A what?"
Brandon smiled. "Watch." He stretched out his arms. "Hug?"

Talia's smile grew wider. She got and practically climbed up Brandon. Her legs were wrapped around his waist and her arms here around his neck. "I love hugs."

Brandon laugh. "I told you. I like her. Can we keep her?"
Luka laughed and made puppy eyes at Alejandro. "Please Ally can we?"
Alejandro just laughed. "I'm sorry to inform you, but we come as a set."

Talia attempted to shrug while still clinging to Brandon. "I like him too. Can we stay?"

Alejandro sighed. "Unfortunately, a good chunck of us have buisness back in the states..."
Brandon carried Talia back to the sofa and sat down. "Wait, back up a second. How exactly did you two become...what's the word for it...oh you know what I'm talking about."
Alejandro raised an eyebrow. "I'm a little concerned that you know what you're talking about."
Luka spoke up. "So maybe I write Brandon more than the rest of you cause I trust him not to spill."
Alejandro was looking at Luka with an ice 'how dare you tell' look. Everyone else was looking at Brandon with a shocked 'how dare you not tell look.
Alejandro than smiled. "Tailia, I think I like him as well. Perhaps you can convince him to come with us. But first, you're question answered and than the whole story yes?"
Luka nodded and most people in the room quickly curbed their curiosity.
Alejandro began. "She was sitting on a street corner with a cup, a cane, and huge sunglasses. I went and sat next to her and said 'I know you're not as blind as you pretend to be.' She very quickly and cheekily replied 'and I know you're not as alive as you tend to be.'"
Brandon couldn't help but interupt. He looked down at Tailia. "And how on earth did you know that?"

Talia laughed. "Well, when you're out on the streets for long enough you tend to be able to find any heat source available, including other people. Ally didn't throw off... any kind of heat, so I was pretty sure he wasn't a normal being."

Brandon hugged her tighter and pulled her away from Alejandro. "You can't have her back."
Alejandro just laughed. "We'll see. Now, I belive there is a story to be told." Alejandro proceeded to recap pretty much everything. "Oh, and your little mother friend, it seems she has her wolf back."

Jeff had stopped paying attention, he couldn't follow anything that was going on until he heard tell of Katra. He imediatly perked up, "Oh my god! She's ok now?!" and he almost bolted out of the door to go see her but stopped as he remembered that he was in Canada and she was in Idaho.

Connor had been watching everything curiously. So Ally did have a soft, not perverted side. That was good to know. Besides that, Connor had to admit that she was pretty cute.
The news that Katra was a wolf again was intriguing, but didn't really concern Connor. Since her mate had an understandable vendetta against him it was unlikely that he'd be bothering to see her again.

Curtis followed Katra inside, returning to his human form as he did so. He smiled as he watched her fuss and coo over the girls. It was great to have her around on a normal schedule again.

Luka face palmed, but couldn't help giggling. "Brandon, hasn't anyone told you that it's unwise to try and steal a steady willing food source from a vampire."
Brandon pouted. "But...but...but..."
Alejandro laughed. "I may be willing to share. But you'll have come with us as she's coming with me."
Luka laughed as well. "Oh, Ally, the things you will stoop to."
Brandon looked confused.
Yakov jumped in. "He's going to feed you a story about needing help with the whole situation, but really he just wants your hot bod in staring distance."
Brandon laughed. "Well, I was gonna beg to come help anyway, so that should save everyone time, words, and embarrassment."
Alejandro smiled. "Excellent, I suggest we all leave in the morning."
Erika threw up her hands. "You guys do whatever you want, I'm not throwing myself in the middle of this." She took off and everyone seemed to take this as a cue to leave. Alejandro and Talia were offered Kyle's old room.
