Jeff grumbled something and swatted at Yakovs hand but Yakov would stop so he finally opened his eyes are stared at Yakov groggily. "Huh?"

"Oh, um we need to stop by the properties place first..." Jeff started rambling directions to Yakov and Luka.

Yakov had long since gone back to sleep on top of Jeff. Luka somehow managed to follow Jeff's directions and convey them coherently to Connor.

The truck stopped with a jolt in front of the office. "Alright boys, out. And hurry up, I want to get back to my room."

Jeff grumbled and fanagled himself out of Yakovs limbs and slipped out of the truck. He pulled Yakov out with him. They were in the office for a short time before he came back to the truck with two house keys dangled in his hand.

Another random set of directions later and they were pulling into the driveway. Yakov had been much more awake this time and had attached himself to Jeff's lips the second the house had come into view.

Jeff wanted a closer look at their house but was way too easily distracted by Yakov. He was kissing Yakov with a passion.

Jeff's smirk wained, "Right, oh thank you guys!" He jumped out and lifted Yakov out of the truck.

Yakov was all smiles as they opened the front door.
Holly walked towards the house slowly. She was excited about Kyle, but a little nervous about living with Jeff and Yakov. Then again... She smirked as many a plan circled through her head. Most of them involved Jeff and Yakov on the other side of the wall and Kyle on the phone.

Jeff slipped a hand into Yakovs and laced his fingers with his own. It was nice not only having his own house, but sharing it with Yakov. And Holly. Which meant Kyle was going to be over all the time. Jeff laughed softly.
"It's like having a family..."he mused to himself.
