Basically, I'm planning for my right arm to be symbols that mean something to me, and my left to be quotes with the same sense of meaning.
I just don't know if I want to get the next symbol or the first quote next.

I think you should get another symbol. :3 I'm not a fan of written tat's but I'm not a fan of writing in general as my spelling is really baaaad. My love of nature shows through in all my tat designs I think. razz
I have a green bird on my hip, behind it I want to get a 'slice' out of my side so that it looks like someone's cut me and inside it I want it to look like a galaxy, all in purples, reds and blues with little points of light. The galaxy represents my imagination and the bird my muse.
All my tattoo's have one main meaning and then lots of smaller, more personal ones with the exception of my foot which was a spur of the moment bit of craziness. razz
The next one I'm planning on getting is flowers with a snake wrapped around them on my upper left arm, each flower represents a member of my mum's side of the family and the snake represents my birth dad and a few other men that have affected my life in a more negative way. The other large one I want is a unicorn rearing up wrapped in barbed wire and dripping blood on my left thigh to represent lost innocence but I still need to draw that one up. When I describe it to people they say it sounds like a butch lesbian tat though. xD

I probably will get the next symbol first, since all of the quotes are going to be armbands, and I'm still too much of a giant wuss-bag to get the needle on my inner arm.
