"I do not need to sleep very often." Neo said softly once again feeling left out, as if he was just in the way. He listened carefully to both girl's past and thought about telling them more about him but they didn't seem to want to know or care so he didn't bother. He began to wonder what had happened to the angel he had met, Romana? She had seemed to have just disappeared when she had found the dragon that hated him.

Emelin shrugged and watched Topaz dig in her bag. "I'm perfectly content outside also. So I guess we'll stay here." She laughed lightly. "My directional skills aren't the best either."

She looked to Neo. "Since were still around the subject, where did you come from? If you don't mind me asking." She relaxed her feathered wings, making them drop all the way to the grass, which was starting to dew.

Neo sighed.
"You really want to know?" He muttered wondering where to start and how to explain.
"It is a really long story, so i will give you the short version. I am an alien, i come from another planet that is now destroyed along with everyone else. I am the last of my kind that will ever live. Shortly before the descruction of my race i was sent away, exiled, for something minor. Its bad good luck, i wasn't killed but now i am alone. I have lived here for years unable to fix my transport and escape but if i do attempt to leave i will be hunted down and killed." He stopped not sure of what else to say.
"It all started hundreds of years ago over silly things." He smiled looking at the floor again.
"So just never say you are alone while you are around me and you'll be fine."

Neo smiled again.
"But don't worry about that." He said softly knowing what he wanted to say but not sure how to say it.
We can save them, when you can control your powers. The time dragon said softly trying to make him feel better, she considered revealing herself sooner that she'd wanted.
Concentrate. You know you can do it, you have done it before. While you are in danger you do it, slow down time but you don't know how to use it properly. While they were taking you here you saw it. You saw what would happen but didn't know how to say it to the others. You couldn't destroy their world but you stopped their chance of saving themselves. If you try then i can come to you. Slow down time and i will appear, only then will i come to you.
Neo blinked and frowned feeling slightly faint. He closed his eyes and tried to make time slow down like he had done before, a long time ago while they were hurting him. But he couldn't do it again.
I can't. He thought to himself hoping that Freyr would hear him but she seemed to have left him.

If you can't then i remain where i am. Unless you find another way for us to meet. Freyr said simply, she had still been listening and always would be, even though they hadn't bonded properly yet they still had a distant, weak mental link.
Neo sighed and looked around, ignoring the now sleeping Topaz and once again wondering where Fire and Tharazzi had disappeared to. He walked slowly to a tree and jumped into the branches then began to practice his abilites not wanting to give up until there was a dragon by his side.

Emelin listened to Neo's story and continued to stroke Siencyn's fur. She didn't say anything. She always felt lonely while traveling around to different cities. But she was sure that his condition was much different.

She just sat there, nor really knowing what to say at this point but nodded. Then Topaz fell asleep and Neo disappeared into the trees branches.

So she was left with the sleeping Topaz and the dragons. She looked around and looked up at the sky, which was now dark. She gave a sigh and took off her pack and set it on the ground next to her.

She took Siencyn off her lap and set him near the pack. He opened his eyes for a second and fell back asleep instantly when he was confortable again. Emelin laid down on her side and slowly started to fall asleep.

Emelin awoke shortly after Topaz left. With many years of practice, she has become a light sleeper.

Siencyn and Vermelho were both awake. Vermelho looked to Emelin and scampered off into the bushes, in the direction Topaz went. Emelin rubbed her eyes and saw the moon was fully out through all the trees leaves. She quickly put her pack back on and followed after Mel and Topaz with Siencyn trotting silently after her.

The blue-tinted light of the moon lit the small clearing Jager once lay. She looked to the dark blood tinted grass where he fell, and continued on. Siencyn then took the lead and followed after Mel.

After a couple minutes of slinking through the underbrush, they came to the clearing where Topaz lay on the edge of the bank of a small lake. Vermelho trotted over to Topaz and sat next to her. Emelin and Sien started to walk over slowly, not wanting to disturb anything that Topaz was doing.

Emelin gasped and smiled in shock. Siencyn shook off the water and flew up into the air and dived into the lake.

Emelin calmly walked over to the bank and knelt down. "Hey Topaz, you know what?"

She reached for the water, with her fingertips barely touching it. She looked up and smiled. She sent a small wave of water over Topaz's and Vermelho's heads with a quick movement of her hand.

She laughed heartily and fell backwards, still drenched. "I'm the knight of water!" Siencyn's head appeared out of the water and looked up at Emelin and back to Topaz and Mel.
