It took a moment to shake her from her moment of reverie, but eventually she nodded and slowly got off the bed to go tidy up. On her way, she stopped in front of Ray and gave him a light, simple kiss on the lips, bringing her hand to his cheek.

Ray grinned. "I'll be in the Common Room, dear," he said, as he turned to leave. Giving her a bit of privacy seemed to be the right thing to do.

Desiree rolled her eyes and sighed happily, however subconsciously. She cleaned herself up and fixed her hair as best she could. It didn't take too long and she soon joined him down in the Common Room.

"Now, are we going to...tell everyone? Or do we let them find out on their own or what?" asked Ray, as they crossed the Hufflepuff Common Room hand in hand.

"I think they'll find out on their own. Most people already think we're together anyway." She stepped out of the Common Room with him. The others still had yet to get back, but they would within the next few minutes.
Jess, meanwhile, was stroking her necklace as she got Peter and herself yet another round of butterbeers. They hadn't had nearly as much as Ray and Desiree, however, so they were barely more than tipsy. Jess just liked that she was getting free rounds from the young, overhorny man helping out Madam Rosemerta behind the bar.

Leigh made a face. "Not with a name like Puddifoot," she said, rolling her eyes. "Let's go to the Three Broomsticks. We always--hi, Matt," she said, turning uncharacteristically pink.
Matt smiled at them both. "Hey, Leigh. Jackson," he said, inclining his head slightly towards him. "They just got a new shipment of invisible ink, you know. Let a friend borrow it, and once they're finished with the assignment, it turns invisible."
Ray nodded amiably. "That's true."

Desiree wandered with Ray for a while, eventually ending up in front of the Great Hall. Some of the younger students who hadn't gone were already filing in to get an early start on lunch.

((hmmm well why not send everyone back to hoggywarts and then have kris/jess/peter stuffs and then let everyone find out whats been going on with ray and desiree? we do need an event though...a big plot that affects everyone...can we kill someone?))
