Sera practically jumped up, "Nobody should be able to pass through my barrier... unless they are completely human, or Emim.. Damien is the exception.." She then sat down feeling a bit dizzy from jumping up so suddenly.

 He was silent for a second. Then he said, "I think they've known all along. They're just humans, but... My real parents told them about me, I think. A long time ago, you know?" He looked over at her, and had just really noticed how good she looked with her hair down. He smiled and moved his eyes back to the road.

 Kiara heard a knock on the door and looked at the front door in slight confusion. Didn't Sera put up a barrier? Seeing Sera's reaction, Kiara approached the door hesitantly. Hopefully it wasn't an enemy, regardless she was ready for a battle if need be. Opening the door, Kiara saw a boy around her age. She sensed no demonic or angelic energy from him and inwardly sighed in relief. Good he was human. Maybe he's a friend of Kradd's? "Hi can I help you?" she asked the boy. ((lol I think I know who caught his eye XD))

((Had to make it a bit obvious. XD ))
Ken was left speechless for a moment as he stared back at the girl from earlier. Well, this was an odd and rare moment. Usually he didn't get flustered like this around women. Atleast a blush didn't threaten to rise. He chuckled nervously and spun the keys on his finger, working them to the end and throwing them into the air slightly, catching them and holding them out for her to grab. "You left your bike at the park." He rubbed the back of his head and continued to flash her a toothy smile. "Well, it seems everyone's ok from that little fight. That's good. It'd be pretty upsetting if someone as beautiful as you had been hurt." He said gently before he looked inside, noticing a few different auras inside. Two had an angelic/demonic mix while the other two were just one of the other. The one before him was what his books had referred to as an 'Emim'.

 Hazel sighed, "It still may be a good idea, the less they know the better chance they have if they are questioned by demons..." She sounded as she spoke from long experience.

"I am glad." Saya looked up at him, there were no words that could express how she felt, though the only ones that could even remotely be close would be pure joy. She waited a moment then said, "You were the one who brought me back from hell..." she said almost a statement her fever was still there, though it was quite faint, and she was thinking a bit more clearly.
((sorry for the double posting.....just almost missed kradd's post..lol))

"Oh thanks," she said taking her keys from him. She had totally forgotten about her bike after the whole kidnapping and fighting off demons part. Hearing him mention the fight Kiara looked at the boy strangely. "What fight are you talking about?" This boy was definitely human, how could he have seen the fight? And to top it off, Kiara didn't know if she heard right, but did he just hit on her?

With a bit of his power, he sent some random images of the fighting that had occured over the park district. He laughed slightly and stepped back. "There are a lotta strange things in the world and I get to be one of 'em." He laughed a bit more and glanced back into Kiara's eyes. "You've been through a lot..." His smile faded slowly. He wasn't reading her mind, but his perceptiveness helped him with these things. He tended not to read the minds of others without permission, knowing they probably felt violated with someone probing around in their mind. It had been a dramatic change in subject, but he couldn't just cast it aside. He stepped forward and took her hand in his gently, staring into her eyes with a hint of guilt. Ken shook his head and stepped back again. "Forgive me, uhhh?" he hoped she'd give her name.

Kradd nodded his head slowly and smiled. "Even with amnesia, I could never forget you, Saya..." He pulled his head back so he could look at her face, in her eyes that seemed to make everything terrible melt away. Everything was finally put in place with this situation. He had no regrets as he leaned down and gently kissed Saya, holding her close and never wanting to let go.

Seeing the images flash through her mind, Kiara's eyes widened in shock. 'Oh god not another one!' Kiara dreaded, thinking this boy was a prophet like Saya. She barely started forming a friendship with Saya, another prophet would just make her head spin. Hearing him speak some more, Kiara tried to focus on what he was saying. "Um Kiara, I'm Kiara," she stated still looking at the boy with disbelief. "Who are you? Actually scratch that, who and what are you?"

Ken itched his cheek slightly, wonder why she had added 'what' in there... "You think I'm not human?" He crossed his arms and looked down at her, a smile was a bit difficult to form right now. "I'm just your average college student with a few tricks up his sleeve." He laughed a bit and started to turn away to leave. "Hmm..." He stopped and looked back. "Would you... ummm... like to do something with me later today?" He felt a slight blush threaten to rise on his face, but he kept it down with some ease. He should have been used to this. Why was he getting so excited? He smiled nervously and looked back towards Kiara, wondering how she would respond to his question. "It's just..." He shook his head and sighed before he began walking away. What was he thinking? Being able to get such a girl that actually made his heart pound.

If Kiara was shocked before, she was completely floored now. Did he just ask her out on a date?! She didn't even know his name! She was about to reject, when it occurred to Kiara that since she came to Marok it was nonstop drama and battles. It would be nice to get away from all that. It was probably for the best she distanced herself from Kradd a little too. And hanging out with this guy seemed like the best opportunity to do just that. Seeing the boy about to leave, she called out to him, "Wait!" Jogging up to him Kiara asked, "Um...what exactly did you have in mind?"

"Huh?" Ken was actually surprised that she had chased after him. He hadn't really been expecting it at all. "Um..." He thought about it for a moment. "Well, it's a secret." He smiled, feeling happy that she had wanted to go out with him. He couldn't help but get the feeling it wasn't really because she liked him out of his head... He tried his best to rid himself of the thought, but deep down, he knew that his powers were linking in with her mind slightly. It made him feel a little down, but he continued smiling. "My name is Ken, by the way." he said, looking into her eyes as he spoke.

"And I'm Kiara, but I already told you that," she chuckled a little, returning his smile. "Should I meet you somewhere or are you coming back here?" Kiara couldn't help but blush slightly at the thought of going out on a date with Ken. She had never been on a date...ever. Being an emim kind of kept her from experiencing the whole dating scene thing. She was a little unsure as to how this all worked.
