Touched by his sister's joy, Nitarin smiled and greeted her. In truth, Fatale had never been a problem. Asakori had.. His dark sire Jayvyn... His mother... They had left him... Warm eyes met his sister's gaze.
"Fatale, sweet baby sister." He grinned. "You look beautiful.."
Turning his eyes to his brother, some of the warmth that had filled the icy blue gaze melted away. "Asakori.. I didn't expect to see you ever again."

Insiri had stepped away when the lioness greeted Nitarin, smiling. His sister. She was beautiful. Glancing at the lion she knew was his brother, Asakori, she blushed. He was very handsome, just like her mate. She had seen him look at her, and hoped he hadn't seen her return the favor.

Rellick nosed Areli, smiling softly at her. He was glad his cubs were home, but worried how they would all react to each other. Their lives had not been easy, not with two sires, a wandering mother... They had all been neglected at some point..

"Hey, I'm no baby now!" Fatale said in her usual, happy and cheerful tone of voice.
Asakori pondered a reply for a moment. "Likewise." He said finaly. "Thought you would've left by now with a mate." he said, standing still.

Areli watched Asakori and Nitarin, and felt inside, that the two weren't too happy to see eachother, unlike Nitarin, and his sister.

Revyn smiled slightly, "I'm sorry next time I change you'll be the first to know," he joked. "I just needed some time to myself I guess.." he shrugged looking to him, "Shall we be getting back?" motioning towards the dens and wherever everyones scents were coming from.

Synda blinked. Had she said something wrong again. The lioness gently scrunched up her brow. This whole thing was getting boring and annoying. However, she was not going to take back her promise to Rellick and his family. Hopefully, he heard what she said. Quietly, Synda slinked away from the family as quietly as she came. Her tail flicked as she trotted back into the den. Finding her spot in the corner, she curled up, tail covering her maw. The lioness's eyes closed letting sleep over take her.

Jax grinned, and shrugged. "Depends on how much you missed. And how much you wanna catch up." He said casually. In truth, he himself had no desire to be back near Cade, but he was open to going wherever. After all, Cade wouldn't be the only lion around.

Nitarin grinned and batted at her bangs with a forepaw. "You'll always be my sweet baby sister..." He said with a wrinkle of his nose and a smile.
Turning to Asakori, he bowed his head slightly. "I just recently returned, to introduce Insiri to father... And it seems to pass on the news he will soon be a grandfather..."

Insiri sidled back to Nitarin, pressing the line of her body against his and resting her head on his shoulder. She loved him more than words could say, and it hurt to see him so happy with his brother. Having lost her family all at once, she could not help but envy Nitarin for his...

Fatale giggled softly. "Yeah, but I'm not a baby." she said, then looked to Insiri, then back to Nitarin. "Wait... so, that means, you're a Dad then?" she asked, and her face just lit up, and she looked at Insiri. "And you're the mom!" she said excitedly, though she kept her voice low, just incase Nitarin and Insiri didn't want everyone in the whole pride to know yet.

Areli heard their words, and a smile formed on her maw. Had Rellick heard too? She flicked her tail lightly, throwing a glance to Nitarin and his mate, winking with a smile, before looking up to Rellick again, nosing him for really no reason.

Rellick smiled, nuzzling and purring over Areli. He was quite proud of Nitarin's new life, his lovely mate and cubs on the way.. The Scarlet King was as proud as any father could be.

Nitarin laughed at Fatale and nodded, nosing Insiri's cheek with a flutter of nerves and pride. He loved her so much, and in spite of her horrid past, she loved him in return. Was bearing his cubs. "Yes, I soon will be a father.. And you an aunt.."

Insiri smiled and nodded when Fatale spoke to her, and then gave a soft murmur. She excused herself with a bow and slipped out into the Pride Lands to explore...
And bear the children of Nitarin, The Dusk Shadow Prince of Scarlet Shadows Pride.

Startled by the light and heat beyond her eyelids, Nasiri curled closer to her mother's soothing presence. Even within the shade of the trees they lay beneath, the golden disk in the sky irritated the young princess's eyes.

Cavalia followed her sister's example, squeeking in protest when one of her siblings tugged on her tailfeathers. The light did not really bother her, nor did it warm her.. It merely, was.
Cavalia, the Balance, dosed in the circle of her mother's warmth, and knew only peace.

Vasire opened his eyes to look at his sister. He blinked in the light, not liking it at all. He push himself against the warmth of his blue sister, laying a head on her flank. Vas looked up at his mother, marveling at the blue color in her coat before his eyes drifted closed, the image of his mother being the last thing he saw before sleep claimed him.

Insiri licked the line of spots on Vasire's face and smiled, purring in content. Her cubs were healthy, and sleeping, and soon her mate would come to see his new family. Until then, she dosed lightly watching over her little family with Pride, and a small amount of fear.

In her sleep, Nasiri shifted lightly, nosing her brother gently. She was glad he was close, for he made her feel safer to be out in the wide world.

Areli had watched Insiri from afar, though staying by Rellick. She nipped lightly at his ear and smiled. "You're a Grandfather, Rellick." she teased, nosing him lightly, a calm pur in her throat.

Vasire wiggled as his mother licked his face, opening one eye to mock glare at her. "Mother!" He drawled, lifting his head from his sister. "I was trying to sleep!" As he moved, the sunlight lit upon the mix of stripes and spots that patterned his paws. He looked at them for a moment as though certian thoughts and plans were forming in his head. He shook his head, not really sure what these half-formed thoughts would amount too, and looked back up at his mother.

Jax could sense change. Perhaps... too much change. He took off for the den, his flakes tingling gently. Completely disregarding his newfound speed and the way everything looked much smaller than before, he bounded for the den. There was so much going on, he could tell, only he didn't know what, and he was eager to find out.

Jax ducked into the shade of the den to find it far more crowded than it had been when he had left. He looked around. New lions, and cubs, were there. Inwardly, he felt dizzy at the thought of having to meet them all. He wasn't the most social of lions, as it was obvious.

"Holay!" Rion's voice squeaked from suddenly on Jax's back. "You're s'big!" He settled himself atop the lion's head.

Cade stared at Jax, feeling a shiver gently rattle down his spine. Jax looked so big... and so majestic. Of course, he had always been stronger and bigger than Cade, so it was to be expected that he looked all the more powerful in adulthood, but now the gray lion felt litte more than a speck under Jax's stony scrutiny. He padded over to Areli, and hid behind one of her legs. He said nothing, only tried to keep himself out of his brother's way of vision.

"Who's a grandfather?" Jax asked as he made his way toward Areli and Rellick. He saw Cade cowering, but decided to ignore the gray cub, at least for the while. With an easy smile the belied his inward sense of something close to dread, he inclined his head respectfully at the king that had taken him into the pride and saved him from a life of wandering. "Congratulations, Rellick."

Brooke's gaze fell on the handsome chestnut lion that she almost considered her own baby brother, and smiled. He was all grown up now. Standing in the back of the den, Brooke watched contentedly. She thought back on everything that had happened, from the moment she had met Rackna as a tiny, distrustful cub, to now. For the while, at least, everything was perfect.

Areli blinked, hearing a familiar voice... but, it sounded a bit deeper, different. She turned her gaze, and her eyes feel apon the form of the brown male that was a son to her. "Jax!" she said, her voice cracking almost from her surprize. She nosed him quickly, putting her paw on her shoulder and seeming to hug him almost. "Jax, you're so big now!" she said happily, looking at him with eyes full of excitment. She knew Cade was there, and she let her tail turn and wrap around the cub, to tell him that she wasn't going to let Jax hurt him. She was, beyond happy right now. Even though she wasn't really Jax's or Cade's mother, she felt like it inside, having raised Jax since he was a kit, and Cade since a cub... She felt the same joy and love for them as she would her own some day.

Jax grinned, shaking his head to loosen the brown mane that now piled about his shoulders. At that moment, he felt elated, and as he saw Areli like he had a hundred times before, he knew that he would never feel the same about another lion. She had been like a mother to him ever since he had joined into Rellick's pride, and he had always thought of her as his mom. He thought back to moments before. He had realized, subconciously, that he had grown, and he had wanted to show Areli first and foremost. To him, at least, it meant a lot.
