Yakov wandered over to Jeff. "Put these on." He handed Jeff a pair of leather pants and a mesh tank top.

Kyle shrugged, "Mostly anything involving our more than friendship."

Jeff looked down at the clothing and then back at Yakov. He shrugged, "What ever you say, my love." He quickly changed out of his boring clothing into the more tight fitting ones.

Holly nodded. "Does he know about the band?"

Yakov watched Jeff changed and tried not to drool at the sight of his legs in all that leather. He realized he was about to fail so he quickly turned back to the computer he had been working on. "Jeff, would mind picking out something for me. You know I'm terrible at that kind of thing."

Kyle stopped in his tracks. "No, he can never know about it. I met Jeff because he was my tutor for advanced calculus. And no, he isn't gay."

Jeff rummaged through the drawers until he found some tight dark jeans and a grey tight tee with shiny skulls across it.

Holly pulled Kyle forward. "That's why I asked."

Yakov dressed quickly. "Alright, we should probably get going. There's absolutely nowhere fun in this town so we're going to have to drive."

Kyle followed Holly in silence for a while before he turned the corner down the street where his apartment was. He let go of Holly's hand and took the lead.

Jeff was interested in where they were going, and more interested in the entire evening. Lukas words had gotten him thinking. He grabbed his keys and his wallet and waited for Yakov down by the front door. "Is my car alright?"

Holly made sure to stay back a few paces. She didn't really like and honestly thought it would be easier if Kyle just told his dad about her, but she figured that he knew his dad better than she did.

Yakov smiled. "Absolutely." He kissed Jeff on the cheek and took his keys, but I'm driving." He slid past Jeff and headed for the car.

Kyle made it to the door and waited for Holly to catch up before opening it. "Hey Dad, I'm home." He set his pack back next to the door and took his shoes off. He could hear his father in the kitchen messing around.
"Hey Kyle," his dad came out from the kitchen with a mug of coffee and he froze in his place. He looked from Kyle to the girl behind his son, then back to Kyle. "Hello there."

Jeff gaped at Yakov then had to catch up to him out at the car. "You...you're driving my...baby?"

Holly smiled and held out her hand. "Hi, I'm Holly, one of Kyle's friends from school."

Yakov put his arms around Jeff's waist. "You don't know where we're going and its kind of a surprise." He looked up at Jeff practically begging. "I'll be extra careful and if anything happens I give you full permission to remove as many of my limbs as you want."

Kyle smiled at his father, "She just moved here. Her older cousin is actually friends with Mr. Jeffson."
"Nice to meet you Holly. Obviously I'm Kyle's father." He shook her hand and smiled. "It's nice to meet you." He turned back to his son, "So what are you two up to this afternoon?"
"Just homework, we're both is the same English class." Kyle replied and started off to his room.
"Ok, well good luck with your homework you two. I have some left overs in the fridge for dinner, you are welcome to stay for dinner if you are alright without parental supervision. I have to leave in about an hour," he half asked and half laughed at Holly.

Jeff looked from his baby to Yakovs pleading eyes. He let out a breath he didn't realize he was holding before replying. "Alright." He reluctantly got into the passenger side of the car and had to move the seat as far back as he could.

Holly smiled. "I think we'll manage. I've been living with my cousin and he's not around much, so I'm used to taking care of myself." She started off after Kyle. "It was nice to meet you too."

Yakov climbed into the driver's seat and started the car. He looked over at Jeff. "Would it help if I said trust me this will be worth it?"

Kyle sat down on his bed and sighed. After Holly came in he realized he'd left his homework near the front door. He got to leave then quickly added, "I'll be right back, make yourself at home. He thought he made it to his backpack safely when his father popped up out of nowhere as usual.
"Kyle, I'm sure you've been reading the paper, but I just want you to be extra careful. Make sure you take her home and she gets home safely. I'm leaving the car here for you, and lock all the doors. Jenny from ICU is carpooling with me tonight." He gave Kyle a hug then went back to the kitchen as Kyle went back to his room with his homework.

Holly had indeed made herself at home. She was sitting on his bed with books and papers spread out in front of her. She looked up when Kyle came in. "So...that went well actually."

Kyle shrugged. "He just gave me the car to take you home this evening because he's afraid of what happened last night."

Jeff tried closing his eyes but then he freaked out more. So he watched the landscape fly past him through the window. He was excited when they finally made it.

"Well that's nice." Holly leafed through he papers. "High school was definitely not this intense the first time around. How do I already have this much crap to get through. Granted, most of them are art projects, but seriously."

Yakov parked the car in the middle of two parking spots in the back of the parking lot, got out of the car and opened Jeff's door for him. "I suggest you start breathing again or you are absolutely gonna pass out when you get inside."
