"As much as I would like for the whole world to know that you are mine and that the reverse is also true, that is probably for the best," Curtis admitted. He was glad to see that the door was closed. "I am not done grading papers yet, however." He looked over at the small piano in his office. "Why don't you practice for a bit? I would love to have some music while I work."

"You must be a masochist seeing as how you haven't just snapped and killed me yet. And I seriously doubt you were this sexy when you were born. I'd bet money that you were a chubby baby, chubby and pink." She smirked at him.

"Good, I'm tired of talking..." Jeff took his elbows off of Yakov and layed on top of him. His lips met Yakovs and Jeff was taken back to bliss.

Kat smiled, "I havn't practiced since friday." She let go of him and went over to the piano and sat down. She could work on her memorized etudes so she set to it. She closed her eyes and was lost in her own music.

"You know what I meant," Connor huffed. As if to prove his point, he grabbed Luka's chin and pressed his mouth firmly to hers.

The new music that filled his office made Curtis sigh contently. Now he could really focus. With the image of Katra's fingers in his head, Curtis hummed and continued to work.

'Hell yes.' Luka put her hands on his shoulders and ran her foot up his leg. 'Seriously, how does this boy have so little confidence?'

Yakov wasn't so groggy anymore. In fact, it was like his entire body had exploded awake. How could he have possibly thought of denying himself this man.

Jeff pulled his lips away just enough so he could speak, "Should we start where we left off?" He sat up just enough to slip is own shirt off before helping Yakov with his.

Kat moved onto another piece but kept her eyes closed, she could consentrate better this way. Eventually she started humming along with her music. It was easier to remember all her songs when she could feel Curtis's presence.

Grading his papers became a mindless and simple process with Katra's playing. At first Curtis feared that he was doing a poor job, not even paying attention to what he was doing. But a quick review of the first few papers revealed that he had, in fact, been doing his task correctly. If he had Katra to play every time that he needed to do grading, he could never again considered it work. In fact, Curtis was disappointed when he finished. They would need to return home now, to have supper and prepare to return for the real school week the next morning.
"Katra," he called softly, placing his hands on her slender shoulders. "It's time to go home."
He would definitely be buying a piano for the cabin. Or at least a keyboard. It needed one now.

Things were a little less steamy and tempting now that Luka was dressed, but that was just as well. Making out with her was great and of course while Connor's mind looked forward to more, he knew it wouldn't be in either of their best interest right then.
Glad that he was finally asserting himself, Connor planted his hands firmly on the mattress on either side of Luka's head.

Luka heard Connors hands land beside her and felt the subtle rocking of the mattress. She almost had him back. He was so close to the Connor that had stood over her with a knife that she wanted him even more now than she had then. She pulled him a little closer.

"Actually, I think we were here." He lunged upward, kissing Jeff, and flipping him over.

Jeff didn't protest, he actually enjoyed being underneith. His tounge went on a very detailed exploring mission while his hands worked away at undoing Yakovs pants.

Kat jumped slightly as she opened her eyes in surprise. She hadn't heard him move from his desk. "Oh, ok." She stared at her fingers still working away at the keyboard, she hated having stop in the middle of the sonata so she waited until the end of a phrase before she lifted her hands off the keys. She slowly stood up and turned to face Curtis, she smiled.
"Shall we go?"

"We shall," Curtis agreed as he took Katra's hand. They walked together out of the room and he closed and locked the door behind them. Though it pained him to do so, Curtis did not hold her hand as they walked across the campus. If anyone asked, he would have to tell them that he'd only needed to meet with her because of curricular business. It was not until they reached the car that he took her hand and kissed it.
"It may be best if we do not go out tonight," he suggested, though he was clearly unhappy about it. "We need to leave early in the morning, and the people who deposited the napalm may have come back."

Luka was encouraging him, so Connor went with it. He straddled her hips and pressed further into the kiss.

Luka curled her fingers around the collar of Connor's coat. She didn't think that she could stand this much longer. Why the hell had she gotten dressed? Then a series of connections flooded her brain leading her straight to 'Connor's picking up his hunting gear tomorrow.' She forced herself to pull away from the kiss. "Do you really have to...go out tomorrow?" Her grip tightened on his coat.

It was taking jeff far too long to get yakov's pants off. Yakov pushed himself up and giggled at Jeff. "Yeesh man, these are your pants, you'd think you'd be able to work them by now."

Jeff laughed and then decided he could buy a new pair of pant later, so he ripped them off a little viciously. He then worked at his own pants which were quickly thrown onto the ground. Jeff wrapped his arms around yakovs neck and pulled him down ontop of himself. He whispered in his ear, "You need to grow your hair out, I have nothing to run my fingers through."

Kat nodded, she agreed though it ment no run with him, plus he arm hurt from using her hands on the piano, she started regreting spending all that time on the piano. She flexed her arm before slipping back into her homemade sling and slipping into the car. She hated how long it took them to get back to the cabin. She hated the silence but didn't know what to talk about, then she finally decided on telling him the truth.
"You told me about how you were turned, but I've been trying to keep mine a secret. This isn't how this is supposed to work." She took a deep breath before continuing. "I was kidnapped my freshmen year in college by a were. He didn't want to have to be tied down to a mate so he figured he would just do non-white humans whenever he wanted. He was part of the neo nazi pack that's just an hour or so up from here. He had no intention of turning me but after a week of...well...of raping me he finally got a little carried away one night..." Kat lost her voice and her eyes became vacant.

"Yes," Connor answered quietly, disappointed that Luka had interrupted the kiss. "This is my duty, and my job. The mayor is paying me. I have to go."

For a while, Curtis couldn't speak. Katra had confirmed his suspicions, even though he'd been praying that his assumptions were wrong. How could someone harm such a sweet and beautiful girl as Katra? But Curtis knew. A monster could. A soul-less demon could.
"I promise... I will never let anyone hurt you again."

"I know, and I understand." She caressed his face. "Really, I do. I just wish you didn't have to." She saw disappointment in his eyes. "I'm sorry. I should learn to keep my mouth shut sometimes."

Jeff shivered at teh kiss. He then mock frowned. "But I like beating people off with sticks, its worth the hair." He rubbed the back of Yakovs neck.

Kat closed her eyes to keep the tears from falling. She leaned over and rested her head on his shoulder as he drove.
"I beleive you," She sounded sad, "I just don't want you...I don't want you to do anything to get you taken away from me." She sniffled softly.
"...after he turned me, he kept me until the next full moon, when I was strong enough to escape...I didn't know where I was and I didn't find anyone for almost two weeks...I found out that I was gone...I was missing for over two months...thats why I am still taking some sophmore classes this year...I had to make up an entire semester..."
