I mean, if you look at his coat, (not just in your picture, I mean, like, all the time..) it billows (which eveyone knows...) but it's like a flame. And it's almost mechanic. It's got different modes... see, like there's just "flame", which is when it's billowing in the wind. There's "auto-flame" wherein it billows, regardless as to wether there's wind or not. And then there's "freeze-flame", where it just kinda sticks erectly out, not billowing at all, but as if it's locked up. Kaiba is a very confusing man. eek And thank you! ^-^
