Actually, around the center of the series, Inuyasha does go through a similar situation. But you people probably don't care, too much.

For the record, first Nakori got made at Yaston for a quick tongue, then he settled down and the both of them talked about forgetting about Magnus and going off on Nakori's own goosechase. Then Genesis comes in, Nakori expresses remorse, explains to Yaston what happened, Genesis gets pissed at me for intervention, and then Nakori gets angry all of a sudden and throws a trantrum of huge proportions. And that is where we are now.
