Rake was thinking as he kept shooting at the woman. She was quite the dodger but the question in this fight seemed to be who made the first mistake or who was the one to falter first. Rake knew that he had to combine this with something. As he tried to steer her towards the centre rake went for another attack. "Fire Blast!" A huge wall came towards Cindy. Rake kept using the dual fire guns to try and keep Cindy in check.

As the Fire Blast came towards her while she was still dodging she waited until she was at Mid dodge in the air and then yelled out "Geppou!" and with that kicked off of the air managing to dodge the Fire Blast and temporairly keep the fire bullets off of her. She quickly while in the air took out her rifle which was loaded with a sea stone harpoon and then looked through the scope yelling out "Scope Shot!" and fired off the Harpoon aimed directly for Rake's left leg.

Rake took the hit into his leg and felt an direct drain of strength. It was so fast he knew that he lost everything here. He had to do something, even if it would cost his own leg. There wasn't much to but one thing. "b*****d sword style!" Rake cut of the part of his leg that where set on the sea stone. Rather the lower part of the left leg, then all. Yet he was incredible drain. He fell down to the ground still keeping his blade high. "It...won't...be...that...easy. My friend...didn't die...by marine hand...just so I could...follow!" Rake felt the strength of his friend who died as a criminal when all he did was not able to supply the marines their incredible high demand. A will to continue came up. He looked at her and grinned. "Weapon Amnesia!"

Cindy landed on the ground and went to fire again but then realized she couldn't. "Oh, that trick? You're a fool if I ever knew one. Distraction." and with that she bit her arm as hard as she could actually causing blood to shed. She know had full use of her weapons back, how she loved the marines and all that they had taught her. Quickly she loaded another Sea Stone Harpoon into the gun and looked through the scope saying "Scope Shot." and with that fired it off aiming for his right leg this time.

((Even sixth sense can't dodge that right? May I ask how big chance of such an hit? As a game designer it would be good to know. Since I'm studying game balance and design where ever I can.))
A harpoon had a second weakness, one that Rake could use. He had no left foot. Well he wouldn't be killed by a marine...naked. "Oh ******** I'm still naked!" He laughed out. He looked to the sky and shook his head. "Sorry John. I couldn't avenge your death for justice." Rake just lay there and tried to lift his blade. He couldn't lift it to cut the other food or his head. Rake looked to the sky and saw a smiling face in the sky. A tear came form the fire man, a single tear. "All you wanted was 3 kilo of potatoes from your own farm to feed your sisters. That you where killed for. It seems as if I come and join you now. John hold on for a few minutes. There is one more thing for me in this world!" Then Rake remembered why he was here, that ******** woman was around. "Oi, you. What is justice?"

((I don't really know what you're asking, all I know is that the dice are treating me really well today. So I take that as a win for me? Do you wanna go to Impel Down where you can fight creatures to get exp. or no?))
Cindy had bested the man, it would seem that he couldn't remove the harpoon from his leg as he was a Logia, and Logia's were the least resistant to Sea Stone. Cindy landed on the floor and heard him speak and then when he looked at her and asked that question Cindy simply smiled. "You ask me what is Justice? I'll tell you what Justice is..." With that Cindy slowly walked towards Rake after she swung her rifle onto her back. "Justice is seeing the scum of the universe defeated...Justice is crushing the hopeless dreams of pirates who wish for nothing more then to hurt people." As Cindy spoke her words got more intense and full of passion. "Justice is knowing that you've done all that is in your power to make sure the World Government has reached there goal for the better of man. JUSTICE IS DESTROYING ALL THOSE WHO STAND IN THE WAY OF THE WORLD GOVERNMENT." Cindy was now five feet away from Rake and she stopped. She looked down at him and said "I never want you to forget what happened to you today, I want you to remember all of the pain that you thought your precious fruit could keep you from. I want you to remember me, the face of justice." with that she removed her gas mask from her side along with a canister of Devil Gas. She threw the canister next to him which would make him fall asleep. "All in the name of...Dark Justice..."

((It's not my call, obviously I wish to stay clear of impel down. But I hold no grudge sweety ^__^, It was a nice good fight and my first real one and the first should always be a heavy loss. A RP character should either survive an inch of death or die directly.))
"Then you just said it your self. We're all pirates. Even you, you just a big bunch with a fancy name. Ask your self truly this without the marine cold harts. If a farmer will starve because all that eh can produce is what the World government want from his by kilo. Then he keeps some to sell and eat for him and his sisters. He's he a pirate to be killed or a desperate farmer who might just need help and understanding. A pirate would kill such a man, what would you do? I won't forget you at all woman. Yet I'll defeat you one day. Now I know what I need to grow to defeat you. Do me one favour, put on my trousers before you leave!" With that he faded away mostly because of his injuries then the gas. Rake had gotten half of his story out, there was some more still but nothing fancy. It was over, what a shame for the Forte Pirates. If he ever would see the light, for this woman had released a man with higher bounty so he might be in luck.

((I'm sorry then, it's just I kinda was pushing it by not taking Ben in, I hope you understand and I'm sure that Ben will rescue you very soon. The fight was fun! :3))
Cindy looked down at the man and what he spoke of and sighed lightly. Although he couldn't hear her any more she said lightly "The difference between us is what dreams we crush." With that Cindy picked him up not bothering to cuff him, the harpoon did a good enough job of keeping him under. She then headed towards the dock.

After purchasing his pistols Vincent went to work on finding a place to test them out as well as find techniques he could do with them. Loading up both pistols he started to think back on what he could do with these pistols. Thinking back on it he remembered a technique from a Marksman book he had read through a while back when he was younger. at the back of the place he went at it. Easily enough it was simply firing his pistol off three times. He had fired a pistol before many times in his lifetime it wouldn't be that hard.

The first shot was underway. He had both pistols loaded and occupied by hands. The first shot would be fired by his left hand and then another by the right than the last by his left. It was an easy procedure. Nothing big or special. After thinking this over he began by firing off his left pistol. A large popping type sound and a small puff of white smoke was conjured by the firing of the pistol. As he did this a bullet was fired going at unbelievable speeds as it zipped through the air and into it's target. The back of the Mist Peak being the target.

Isshin Ikazuchi Yasopp informed him that if he was to try the Ten Bullet Combo that it wouldn't be near as accurate as his own Ten Bullet Combo, and that to focus it on one enemy is difficult enough for that the technique is more of randomized shots than an accurate burst of fire. Isshin nodded and tried it out with his own rifle. The barber lfted the cold rifle up to his cheekbone and aimed at one of the Marines. His finger slowly rested onto the trigger and he tightened his grip, pulling the trigger.

As they gripped their barrels, Shanks drew his sword. Ben and Isshin took the same pose, it was similar as if they were going to run. The barber and marksmen took off and Shanks followed and sped up ahead of them. Shanks had his sword out in front of him, and thrusted it at one of the Marines, he jumped back trying to dodge the strike and was found singled out. Ben and Isshin gripped and swung their rifle at the same time smacking into the remaining Navy assailants. The Marines were knocked off balance, being left open for attacks.

The singled out Marine was fighting one-on-one with the Red-Haired Pirate's Captain. Shanks followed his sword thrust with a long series of aggressive slashes left and right. The marine wailed in pain. Blood sprayed out and splattered onto the ground and a deep groove of an "x" appeared on his chest and he dropped to the ground. Isshin and Ben stopped swinging their rifles and took a shooting stance. They both picked off each and every marine while they were concentrating on keeping upright and not falling over, being unbalanced as they were.

The Marines tumbled and fell to the ground with bullet wounds, except one still stood but seemed unbalanced. Ben swung his rifle back and smacked him right in the temple knocking him out in one single swing. His head spun and his body followed with and the two fell to the ground. Meanwhile Yasopp was making his move, he had lifted his pistol up and had spent the time aiming. Yasopp took aim at the top of the hill where the Marines spilled over from. The marksmen lined up and then began to fire, this was no ordinary shot though, it was from a far distance and he had spent plenty of time aiming with his pistol.

Yasopp focused his concentration into this shot, he lightly set his finger onto the trigger and pulled ever so slightly, "BANG!" the gun was fired. The bullet traveled through the area and sped up to the hill, and dug itself into the back of the knee of a Marine. Blasted through the other side out his kneecap. This Marine fell to the ground and five more Marines flew down the hill after the Red-Haired Pirates. Yasopp grinned at his precision with this sniper shot. Isshin took notice and interest was clear upon his face. The barber lifted his rifle and looked down his scope.
