I'm not very close to Whitehorse at all. I used to go to Deakin University, but now I'm at Monash Clayton. And that's roughly where I live anyway, Clayton area.

There's a Hobby Japan in Boxhill?
Boxhill reminds me of what China of Japan would be like. Probably more China, because most of it is in Mandarin/Cantonese, but I've only been once in recent memory. I apparently used to go a lot more with my mother when I was too young to remember, or something like that anyway.

i drive through box hill sometimes, i never have stuff to do there though, i just pass through, but i don't live close to the place either.

Also apparently box hill area is not that safe.. but what can we say, Melbourne now is not as safe as it was sweatdrop

Probably.
When I was there, I was alone, by myself, for the first time, hung-over, possibly still a little drunk even, heading home from a friends for the firs time, had gotten LOST on my way there, and I just wanted to get home.
Plus, a drunkard started talking to me. >_>
