Did it ever occur to you that maybe some people didn't even look at others profiles before they went to make their's. I know I sure as hell didn't.

I was about to suggest that, Reverie. I didn't look at anyone's before making mine either. XD And it's not impossible that many people have seen/read the same shows and books concerning supernatural beings and magic, so they would have similar ideas on how those things work. And while I don't condone plagarism, in a guild-wide RP such as this, where everything is based in the same world, having similarities in character's abilities makes it seem cohesive. In real life not everyone is creative enough to invent a completely new device, so it seems a little outlandish if every single character in an RP had some 100% unique power/skill that is only accessible to them.

Oi-oi I think they are talking about a specific person mate. And I don't think anyone said every single person in the rp was doing it. The point kinda flew over your head. Also it isn't anyone's fault people are uncreative or unoriginal in real life. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to pinpoint the things in the profile they are talking about mate. Besides having similarities is one thing. Ripping and nitpicking things from a profile and applying it to your own is another. Lastly the mods have already noticed themselves, so it's just a matter of time before the boot is put down.

I'm going to say this. The mods have been looking on matters on that subject so don't worry about it guys. Everything is going to be taken care of. While what you guys are saying is very true, this isn't a type of matter that will be solved in ooc. So don't post anymore on this subject or relation to it. Take it to p.m's. Anything else on it and I'll have no choice but to delete it. But like I said, the mods have taken note of this and we'll be taking action.
