"I wanted to dance with her," said Peter thoughtfully. "But she was tired. And so we came here to lie down, and she had to go to the bathroom. Where's Ray?" he asked as an afterthought, sitting up sleepily. "He was there--watching us."

Jess very nearly dropped her wand but settled for her jaw. "You...and them...and they?" She gripped her wand very tightly as if trying to snap it in two. "This better be from those pills or you are going to be castrated!"

"Pills." Peter giggled. "Fills. Nills. Kills! Fill pill kills till!" Peter clapped his hands with gusto (well, as much as can be expected from a person that's high), evidently pleased with himself.

Jess faceplamed herself and rolled her eyes. She had taken multiple pills before without such a dramatic effect. Of course, that first step is always a doozy. "Listen, Peter, you and I are going to sit down and have a little talk." And by sit down, she meant she climbed into his lap and started to kiss him forcefully, letting her hands wander downwards.

Peter kissed back without protest for a few seconds before blinking and smiling blandly. "What are you doing?" he asked, looking at Jess wonderingly. "Who are you?"

Jess's face fell. "So you remember Ray and Desiree but not me?" She slapped him across the face and stood up huffily, giving him a glare to make Salazar Slytherin proud. "As if being your girlfriend isn't important!" She angrily unclasped her necklace, making sure not to break because she was sure she would get it back later, and threw it at his head. "Fine, Desiree can go be your girlfriend then, if you can pry her off of that stupid Hufflepuff!"

"Ow!" cried Peter, bringing a hand to his face. Feeling thoroughly abused and bewildered, Peter set himself down to sleep, hoping for no more interruptions.
Matt was heading back to the Hufflepuff dormitories when he spotted Jess, looking furious and coming towards him. "Hi?" he said feebly, unsure of whether or not Jess would hex him.

Jess narrowed her eyes, looking like she was about to bite his head off. She did something different though. She grabbed him by his collar, yanked him close (strong for a pretty girl she is), and kissed him on the motuh, at least a good 10 second Frencher. "You're coming with me." And with that she dragged him down to the dungeons.

Matt had no time to agree, or disagree, or say anything at all. In any case, it was not the best idea to make noise, as it seemed like Jess's patience was thin, and he didn't exactly want to try her. He only complied with Jess's (forceful) orders.

Meanwhile, Desiree finally pulled away reluctantly from Ray after the old witch had run away. She had waited a few minutes though, enjoying the moment they had together just to be together.

"I'm worried. What if she requests for a portrait change? I don't want to be the entertainment for some old voyeur," said Ray seriously, holding Desiree's hands gently. "That won't be much fun at all."

Desiree gave him one of those amused little stares. "Then we'll just have to search her out again won't we?" She locked eyes with him for a second before leaning in for a final, gentler kiss. "That was fun."

"Lots and lots of fun. Particularly the bit with Peter. I did enjoy that," confirmed Ray. "You looked like you were going to scream the entire time. Shall we check up on him? Maybe the Common Room portrait will recognize us and let us in."
Matt stood up, putting on his tie. Jess had had her fill, so to speak, and was currently asleep. It almost amused him; that a relentless machine like Jess could fall asleep. He left promptly for the Hufflepuff Common Room.

"I don't know. I would rather not if Jess is still up with him." Jess had left a different way so she didn't pass by the couple on her way down with Matt. Desiree only assumed they were still doing...something up there.
