not all older people are like that! i've seen more and more damned teenagers being completely judmentally disrespectful to EVERYONE! they've so neive and impetuously ignroant most times that it's plain old sickening! i mean, i know i was a brat and had my rash, uncaring, loathsome streak as a teen, but really now! it's just gotten out of hand. and i'm not saying that all teens are that way, either, i'm just pointing out that the majority of people of this era and generation are spoiled and can't see past their very noses. i'm guessing that you feel in such a way to older people. but what gets me is the fact that this conversation started with you telling toast to "respect" her elders. and here you are saying they're all arrogantly judgmental. it's quite contradicting.

rofl lol. well thats the thing. im pretty neutral when it comes to stuff. and i do agree with what you say about teens. That's why I've gone on to loathe Junior High and High School. I just want out. I keep to myself, but at the same time I notice every arrogant thing people do and it just pisses me off. That is to say, I can be pretty arrogant myself. But I acknowledge that I am arrogant, and am no where as bad as most teens my age. Hell, sometimes I wish I was four years older.
I am neutral to everything when it comes down to it. Most people see things in black and white, thats simply not the case. I'm not saying old people are completely stupid and arrogant and should just die and such. Most of them contain a world of information, and why wouldn't they? They've been around for so long.
Its just those certain few that sound like they haven't learned anything about tolerance or respect for diversity at all.
Ecspecially racists ones like my friend's grandfather. I respect him and all, but I just can't see how ANYONE, ecspecially one with that many ages on him, oculd just blindly disrespect someone due to race. You know what, just ******** that. It pisses me off so much...
Humanity is going to implode on itself. One day, one day. We might all go extinct in one millenia or another. But I can almost guarentee that it will be because of our own ******** arrogance.
Sorry, I'm quite cynical if you haven't noticed.
