((Rackna's out hunting, he's not ignoring you, promise! xD))
Rackna's different colored eyes shifted back and forth, gazelle to gazelle. His eyes finally rested on a young, heavy-set male, a smirk curling his lips. He motioned subtly toward his choice, and eyed her, as if daring her to accept his choice.

(( After she grows up, is it okay if she leaves? Because she wants to start her own pride with someone. sweatdrop heart heart )) She followed him into the pride and stood next to Solio and Taifa, smiling up at them with her purple orbs, looking like she was more than ready to learn. She bowed her head in thanks to Rackna for taking her into the pride. The the cub answered the lioness' questions, the same smile upon her maw.
"Yes, I'm Pastel." She told Solio first. "Really? I like my name too, it's the only thing that I have of my mother." Pastel said softly to Taifa, giggling at her words. The sunlight was bright and harsh on the cub's white fur blotched with color and so she followed the blue lioness' example and sat under the large Acacia tree.
Shade was allways so much better but could barely be found where they occupied themselves. Pastel felt her stomach pang with hunger, hoping they'd teach her something as to take her mind off of food.

Kichea grinned, accepting his choice. Without thinking about it, she loped foreward, keeping her body low to the ground; her steps were light and swift as she neared the unaware gazelle and lifted her body into a full out sprint.
The gazelle lifted their heads and spotted the lions, they began to run in every direction, trying to save their own lives. Kichea's vision narrowed to see only the one she was hunting as the chase continued...

((He'll have to fight Rackna for her, sorry!))
Rackna sprinted after Kichea, his silky golden mane rippling as he darted foreward. Lean, muscular legs swiftly covered ground, bringing him closer and closer to the target. His different colored eyes darted over to Kichea, only for a moment, as he waited for her to spring and attack first.

Kichea leapt foreward, her claws sinking into the hide of the gazelle. She snarled, a natural reaction, as the gazelle kicked and bucked trying to avoid falling under the weight of the lioness.

Rackna's swift gait faltered for a moment as Kichea made her move, then he jumped into the tussel. Springing from his powerful back legs, he lunged at it's face as a frontal assault. He didn't interrupt Kichea's attack, for that wouldn't be fair.

Upon Rackna's assistance, the gazelle plunged to the ground, sinking under the brutal assault. When Kichea was sure that it had drawn it's last breath she stepped back, breathing heavily. "Cheers." She commented, staying back, as it was Rackna's right as King to feed first.

Pastel walks to the edge of the pride a newly grown teen and glowers at the really high elephant grass, wishing she could see more of a view. Her head turns elegantly, purple orbs trying to see through it. She couldn't get that one male from her mind when they met when they were younger, Karver he said his name was. The teen sighed and closed her pretty purple eyes at the grass wondering if he was allright. heart

The multi-colored lion walked up to the edge of the pride territory, his coat slightly hiding him in the tall grasses. Raising his maw, he gave a greeting roar to warn the King of this pride. He then waited for a reply before entering. He felt tense knowing that something was about to happen. He just wasn't sure if it was good or bad.

Sitting next to the large elephant grass, a loud roar from a lion that didn't sound like Rackna to her jolted her out of her thoughts about Karver, her purple orbs fluttered open, ears swiveling as she thought she heard Karver's roar from outside the grass. Getting to her feet she walked gracefully out of the grass and Rackna's territory to check it out for herself.
Blinking her eyes in disbelif as she realized it WAS him."Karver! It is you! I thought I'd never see you again!" She ran over to the other male and pressed her head to his in a friendly greeting, nuzzling him happily. "I'm so glad you're allright." The pretty lioness sat back then, smiling at him. "Do you remember who I am?" All of her was smiling because he was allright. heart

A wide smile graced Rackna's face as his eyes examined the victim. Perfect. He looked over to Kichea.
"Cheers. Now, we must get this back to the pridelands, for it's been awhile since everyone has eaten. Proticol must be forgotten today, I'm afraid."
He responded, chuckling. As far as he knew, this was the pride's first real hunt, and he didn't want his pride members hungry.
Solio's ears perked at the sound of Karver's roar, and her blue eyes darted over toward Pastel, whom had drifted dangerously close to the Elephant grass. Standing, she excused herself and drifted over toward a different section of the elephant grass, so that Pastel didn't see her drift out to warn Rackna of Karver's appearance.

"Umm..you got me confused. Name's Karver. I'm here to fight Rackna for one of his females..so I've been told. One sent a message to me a while back asking to join my pride..but she told me that I would have to fight for her when she became of age. Well..I'm guessing about this time, she's of age, and I'm after her." He smiled over at the female and slightly stretched. "Yes..I remember you, Pastel. You've grown alot since we last met." Karver slightly pawed at her head. "So..where's Rackna?"

Kichea nodded. "Shall we then?" She asked as she stepped foreward, willing to drag the kill back to the pride.

Solio spotted the hunting party and trotted over, panting slightly as she neared the two lions. She nodded politely to Kichea, smiling, then turned to Rackna, the smile replaced with an expression of worry.
"There is a male, down near the pridelands. He says that he is there for Pastel."
Rackna's face hardened at his sister's words, and a low growl escaped his jaws. His eyes darted from Solio to Kichea, then to the prey. He bent down, powerful jaws locking onto the prey. He began to drag it to the pridelands.
