"I said no twice," he sighed, giving up on her. "Yes, they should be very near by, a fox mother would not drift very far from her cubs unless starving," he started to pad in the direction that the she-fox had lunged out of. Quickly sniffing the area a little he nodded, it had a strong milk scent and... baby scent, he had no other word to describe it. Removing some brambles and thorns it revealed the hidden entrance to a den. "You stay here. I'll check to see if they're still in there, and if they are, what their age is." Without waiting ofr an answer he crawled in. Damn... perfect chance to get rid of her! Why didn't I take it!?

"No, you do not. You just said 'no' once, in your previous sentence."said Theia shaking her head. She looked at Aeolus curiously as he crawled into the den. She nodded and started to bounce up and down,"Okie-dokeys."

"And no before that, you just weren't paying attention," he answered as he crawled, hearing pitiful cries. As he carefully entered the den he looked at the three cubs, they were too young to fight but still needed their mother to feed them. Grabbing the quietest one by the scruff he carried it out of the den, it flailing and trying to scratch him with its tiny claws. Once he was in the fresh air again he plopped it in front of Theia and sat, exhausted. "Be careful with that one, if you kill it, and end up killing the others too, I'm not finding another den."

"Oh...."said Theia nodding. She stopped bouncing, as Aeolus crawled out again with a little foxy cub and squealed happily. She tilted her head thoughtfully, and poked playfully the little foxy's stomach and giggled.
"Thank ya berry much~"

"Now play carefully, your sharp horns are deadly to his-- or her soft little exterior," smiling slightly, glad she was finally pleased, so she can stop annoying me, he climbed up a tree and laid on a branch. Once in a comfortable position he closed his eyes, hoping that sun rise wasn't anytime soon.

"Yes sir,"said Theia nodding and giving Aeolus a little salute with one paw. Then she turned her attention back to the fox cub. She poked it happily again and burst into a fit of giggles. The cub tried to shove its tiny claws into her face, but she easily dodged and repremanded the foxxy,"Now, now, foxxy. You need to be nice cause we are friends, right?"
She hardly noticed that Aeolus had climbed up a tree and taken a nap. Even when she did, she gave little concern to it and continued to play around with the foxxy cub, bouncing around it happily.

Aeolus was far too tired for her laughter to keep him awake. I must really be vulnerable right now... Though asleep, his mind was still crowded with thoughts, and, since he was asleep, he couldn't really keep them in check. Really do admire that little punk, able to stay bright even in bad situations... Wish I could be happy, but alas, I'm a cold hearted fool, and that is why I must hate her, and everyone else. ...So why can't I hate her? Do I just have a soft spot for kits?

Theia yawned tiredly; she had finally gotten sleepy after all. She looked around bearily eyed and noticed that Aeolus was sleeping on the tree. She shrugged and looked at the foxxy kit. She smiled happily and pulled the foxxy on top of her back. Theia had to struggle with it for a while until it stopped fighting and started to find her way back home.
"Bye~"She called to the sleeping ulaya behind her. She yawned herself and returned to the home of her really worried mother who almost screamed when her eyes fell on the fox kit and her father kept cracking up on adernate intervales as Theia told her tale sleepily.
