Last night I was up at 2:30 am working on a knitted lace shawl. I have never done fancy pants lace, let alone in shawl form, so I started working on it and lost track of time. i didn't get to bed until like, after six because of it, lol. Yeah, nothing like looking up to see the sun rising and thinking, "hey, maybe I should go to bed now?" haha.

I was just woken up because my laptop was overheating and it was burning the skin of my legs.

Aww, I'm sorry Zorable. Dreams can really suck sometimes, can't they?
It's 2:30something in the morning and I just can't sleep. Which is funny seeing as how I got maybe four hours of sleep last night. >_< Gonna try a meditation technique starting tonight, see if meditating for a bit while doing a specific mudra (a position in which you hold your hands, commonly found in certain forms of yoga) that's supposed to help with insomnia. I don't know if it will work right away, but there's always the hope it will have a cumulative effect. I'm tired of always being so blasted tired. >_<

I was actually asleep by the time 2:30 rolled around last night/this morning...and then woke up about an hour later and did not fall back asleep until after the sun rose (again, argh). It's been so long since I've had insomnia that I forgot just because I'm relaxed and sleepy does not mean I'll fall asleep. Grr. Well I'm going to keep at it, as I can't just dismiss something after only two days of trying it.
