As they walked Iris held her hands behind her back. "The paper." She mummered. They walked down a long hallway where they came to a grand pair of doors. They opened the door. It was throne room with a red haired mn sitting on a throne. Iris bowed. "You highness, as the Queen of Tardisa I wish to extend a call for peace. And You sir, will you form an alliance with us?" She asked. King Charles looked up, looking this woman up and down. "And these men, who are they?" He asked.

The Professor smiled bowing before the king "Your majesty I am an apprentice to the Wizard known as the Doctor." he knew if he had the older look he would be the wizard and doctor would be the apprentice.

King Charles nodded, turning to Iris. He looked as if he was undressing her with his eyes. "Excellent, then we will sign a treaty of peace to make it offical. Do you have a seal of chocie?" Iris hesitated. "My men will provide it." She turned to the Doctors. "The seal please?" She asked

The professor dove a hand into his side pocket and pulled out a Rassilon ring that had the seal of rassilon on it and handed it to Iris.

Iris held up the ring. "Ah, this seal is the seal of my people, the Tardiasians." She handed the ring to the king who examined it closely before handing it back. "We can have my advisors draw up a treaty. For now, you and your companions must be quite tired. My humble home is open to you to rest and have dinner with me." Iris nodded. "Thank you my humble king." As Iris bowed to him, she saw a glimmer in his eye. A twinge of red almost. She looked over at the Doctor's. "Well, shall we dine with him?" She asked.

The Professor looked to the Doctor before voicing his concerned "I think so or he might do something......unexpected."

King charles clapped. "Excellant, then you'll get a chance to rest then we'll outfit the three of you in proper dress. Guards!" He snapped his fingers. "Escort them to proper accomodations." The burly looking men motioned to Iris and the Doctors, making them follow them. Iris looked back at the king. Something about him didn't seem right at all.

The Professor noticed something about king charles as well but didn't object,he just went with the flow for now and besides it was time to change his wardrobe since he was wearing his previous incarnation's clothing.

Iris followed the guards, going into a guest room. It was quite orante, the four-poster bed framed by fine tapestries. Iris sighed, sitting on the bed. The Doctors were being shown their rooms, she was sure. As she layed down and tried to catch a few Zzzs, she heard a sudden noise. She jumped up, putting her ear to the wall. She went to the door, sticking her head out. "Doctor." She hissed.

The Professor had walked around alittle dressed in still his first incarnation's clothing for the moment and was looking to her "Come on I was going to investigate the king,he seems familar."

Iris nodded. "Come on then lets go." She was slowly going down the hall when she stopped. "What do we do if we get caught?" She asked.

"We tell them we were looking for a glass of water or a word with the king." He smiled as he walked along down the hallway going up the stairs in the balcony over looking the throne room and there sat the king talking with a man.

Iris shrugged. "Look, I think we can agree that something isn't right with King Charles. We're going to spy on him. You coming?"
