The sounds of fighting stole Grey's attention away from his studying. Yay! A distraction! he cried mentally, moving outside toward the fight. ~~~ Gin moved silently through the trees, toward the sound of what he assumed to be fighting. Hey, that's Echo, he told himself, watching the sophisticated moves of the two fighters. He knew he could never hope to fight like that. He noticed a girl hiding behind a tree not far passed the border and snuck closer. Whatcha doing? he called innocently, making sure to stay on his side of the border.

((Sorry I was suddenly kicked off!))
Echos finished with the corpses and drew her attention to Miguel. She bared her teeth and wasn't enjoying the fight. She liked her victoms helpless and frightened. Just like she was when she was a pup. Her wolf form reflected her hatred.

Delaya heard fighting near her cottage and rushed out to see what was happening.

Miguel laughed somewhat. "*cough* well, then." he extended his left arm toward her, his hand glowing again. he took a fighting stance, "shall we continue?"

Echo howled in anger alerting all around her. She then started to charge, narrowing her vision on Miguel.

Miguel fired another beam of energy. he was aiming not for her, but for right in front of her, figuring with her movement, it would hit the ground at her feet (or front feet, depending.). he then prepared to move to the side.

Echo spun to the right to dodge the attack and then charged at her attacker, wanting his blood in her mouth.

Miguel kept his body moving, ready to dodge. he launched a few more blasts at her, then moving from her path. "why wont you give up?"

Echo only growled, she was a worlf and couldn't exactly talk, and dashed over to Miguel. She jumped at him and aimed her claws to hit his chest.

Miguel was able to move out of the way, but wasnt fast enough. Echo's claws, instead of what they would normally have done, had scratched his chest, leaving somewhat deep marks. he clutched his chest again, ugh... then he remembered. he smirked as he spread his arms. hundreds of heavily sharpened bones launched out from the ground, all flying directly at Echo, and from every direction.

Echo tried to dodge, but yelped in pain as bones stabbed her in parts of her stomach and legs. She hopped away and was strugglig to stand.

every bone that hadnt hit her ended up stuck in the dirt, and as Miguel lowered his arms, the sunk back into the ground. he was breathing a bit heavier now, and laughed a bit. "it seems... were at an... impass."

Echo needed to heal and she healed easier in her human form. She shifted and stayed in a knelting position. Holding no modesty that she was nude, she started to pull the bones from her body. She gritted her teeth and said in a growl, "Just give me a few minutes and then I'll get back to killing you." Blood started to pool around, ozzing from her wounds.

Miguel extended his arm, and made a single, beckoning motion with his finger. all the bones she took out flew back, and sunk into the ground around him. he turned around, and started back for the city, keeping alert incase she attacked. "youre in no condition to continue, neither am i. this fight is over." normally, he would have gladly ended her life while she tried to heal, but he had a respect for a worthy opponent, and, well, she was just that.
