Adrian and the children watched the battle from the window and she sighed as she saw one of the soldiers fall from the clouds.
"Aw man... hm... not fair..."
She looked down at the children, trying to take her mind off the battle she was missing out side.
"So... any idea why those soldiers are after you guys?"
Kohaku simply shook his head.
"N-no idea ma'am..."

Taro was yanked into a hug, "Okay, Yumi. I promise we will stick together." he said the we very harshly.
Katsu killed the last three soldiers. He changed into his regular form and dusted his hands, "That was fun, too bad there was only this much." he said as the shadow creatures disappeared.

Sosuke made one last check around the perimeter and returned to the empty building. "The enemy has been terminated." He cleaned his sword and put it back in its sheath. "I would assume that this was just a test that the UEOF threw at us. Each one of those soldiers looked like it was only there first or second battle. Next time will not be so easy. Thats why I propose that we gather all the guardians. Even th UEOF elite would have a difficult time eliminating us if we were all together." Sosuke turned to Katsu and Adrian to see if they agreed with his plan.
Yumi let go of her two friends and breathed a sigh of relief. "This is a bunch of grown up talk." She whispered to both of them and giggled.

Katsu shrugged, "You and I did a pretty good against all of the new recruits so if the three guardians already here worked together with enough of my shadow creatures we should be able to get through this alright without losing the children I think, but then again I hate thinking about things so you probably have a better idea." he said.
Taro listened carefully to the conversation, "Not all of them..? But there were so many..." he began to think.

Adrian leaned against a wall.
"I say we just go to the UEOF Headquarters and just blow it up... what do you think kid?"
She looked down to Kohaku and he nodded his head. He wanted to see more magic, more flying, more battles.
Adrian nodded to Kohaku.
Don't worry about them kid, as long as you got me, no one else matters...
Kohaku's eyes widen when he heard Adrian's voice in his head but when she gave him an assuring wink, he simply smiled and listened to the others.

"Neh! Hisashi! Don't go out there!" she yelled after him before getting up. The others had left, all with things that looked like angels... But Kame refused to leave without her Oniisan...
And it was that thinkign that got her shot once more, straight through her right shoulder. "Oniisan... Come on, we have to get out of here!" she said, pulling on his arm, watching as he lifted the rabbit.
Kumiko landed beside the two children, looking around, her wings shielding the two of them. She looked down, noticing that Kame, her child, had already been wounded. "I'm sorry I'm late, Kame-chan.." she said apologetically to the girl, turning around momentarily. The gunfire suddenly stopped and everything fell silent. She turned back around and grabbed hold of both children, grounding herself before taking flight.
A moment later, they landed where the others were and she set the two down, entering the building. "Kame, sit..." she said softly, looking at the girl's wounded shoulder. "Neh... How did you get wounded twice already? Baka..." she said beneath her breath. well, at least her girl was a brave one... Brave or really stupid, rather.
Not speaking to Kame as of the moment, she voiced her question... "Oi Adrian... Katsu... Sosuke... Where are the others?" she asked, apparently worried for the safety of all of the children, not just her own.

Katsu grinned, "That's probably the best thing I've ever heard come out of your mouth." he said, his voice bloodthirsty, though he had just been through a large battle.
Taro looked up, "Don't! There have to be more bases then that!!" he shouted, "If you blow one up that will make the rest of them angry! They aren't nice people! I don't want you hurt, Katsu." he pleaded.
Katsu looked down and smiled, "Don't worry Taro, I can make an army of my own and, trust me, they aren't nice people either." he reassured the boy.

Adrian nodded to Katsu.
"Right... I mean, each one of us could take out an entire base in one day... these guys are no match for us... "
She turned her head quickly to see another angel, Kumiko, enter the building with not one but two children. She smelled the air and inhaled the copper scent of human blood.
"Looks like there are more of us..."
Kohaku turned to see the other angel, but decided to stay by Adrian's side. She was safe, she would keep him safe, and he didn't want to loose that security.

Katsu shrugged, "No, I don't think a base in a day considering the elites. The hardened trained ones might pose a threat in large numbers." he said.
Taro frowned, "A threat?" he began thinking again.

When Arabella opened her eyes, she felt her head was splitting open. She also felt something warm and quivering beneath her. The last she could remember was the soldiers coming. She laid over Akira to cover her. Then something kicked Arabella hard in the sides, and the last she could remember was a hit to her head. The rest was a mystery for now. She lifted herself off of Akira and held the little girl in her arms.
"Miss Arabella are you okay?" the little girl asked.
"Ofcourse I am. All is well." she smiled as best as she could. She felt her side swelling and her face and head ached with pain that blurred her vision. I must find the Angel base...Before AKira and I become anymore vulnerable... she thought as she took the child's hand and flew up to a building top to seek out safe zones.
