twstdfrk HomicidalTendencies twstdfrk I must admit that material things do have meaning to me, but I have a question for you all, does the amount of stuff you guys have make you any more of a fan? I see this trend all the time...where people think that having all the t-shirts and uber cool swag makes them 'closer to god'. Where as I wish I could have a lot of that uber cool swag, I don't think that it makes me any more of a fan just to own stuff. Not at all... it's just neat. What makes you a fan is your understanding and relation to Jhonen... and of course, your undying admiration. Exactly. *nods in agreement* Your fan status is defined by your ability to appreciate the work Jhonen does, not by your ability to shell out cash.

that's about it. i don't really care about getting t-shirts and stuff, as long as i have all the comics. i'm going to save and get the second ifs and squees giant book of horrors next time i go to vancouver.
after i get all jhonen's comics, i can start getting roman dirge's ^-^

Zim DVDs cuz I was sick of watching them on my computer downloaded. Johnny director's cut, i feel sick 1&2, filler bunny #1, johnny tee, random zim-related junk. I don't buy stuff anymore because I'm a cheap-a** and have no job. My friend, however, did make me a cool Happy Noodle Boy figurine out of styrofoam and metal wire...That was free for me! see?
