Abigail looks at Amanda, "You only brought this about yourself, so I hope it is what you want and that you can handle it." She addresses the room at large, "I have things to do, I will see you at the next meeting." She exits the room grandly.

While I have no need of lunch, I imagine you two would like to speak some in private, so I shall also depart. Until this afternoon. Bows with a flourish and exits.

Amanda sighs a little at Collins presumptuousness, before she turns to Rellin. "Rellin, that wasn't completely necessary. You could have used a little more tact." "I have no patience with that man, Mandi. If he will insist on being so inane as to treat us like the children we teach, then I can assure you that I will correct this quickly and sharply." "I don't know what made you so hard. I need to go see the headmaster. I will see you in a while. Please, just... I will see you later." "Shortly then."

Amanda wanders the halls for a little to gather her thoughts before going to the headmaster's office. Composing herself, Amanda knocks and awaits permission to enter.

Enter! As the door opens, he quickly slides some papers into a folder and closes it. Folding his hands on top of the now closed folder he gives his attention to Amanda.

"Um, Headmaster, I was hoping to talk to you about the meeting we just had," Amanda says as she walks further into the room.

"I believe that I can help with that. Well, the first thing was that not all the teachers were present at the meeting. If you are going to have a meeting, then everyone should be present. It will cut down on how many meetings you need in addition, if there are any grievances between one "tier" and another they can be aired." Amanda takes a seat in one of the chairs across from the headmaster.

With a mild look of astonishment. "I hadn't thought of it that way. However, I'm concerned that a meeting with all the teachers present would be very disorganized."

Amanda discreetly rolls her eyes in exasperation. "Of course it will be. But if we don't start setting a precedence now then it will be much harder in the future to get a meeting like that started. Right now you have a blank slate to work with. "Start as you meant to go on.""

"Of course. I might not like hearing it, but I'm never going to stop someone from voicing their opinions."

"Thank you. First, roll call, bad idea. You use roll call in a classroom setting, not when you are talking to a group of your peers. We are your peers. You can't treat us like students because we are adults and expect to be treated as such. Before I continue, I would like to hear your thoughts."
