Lucian felt Leo's pulse speed for half a second. Lucian tensed then relaxed himself into the water. "Why are you hiding from me?" he whispered. "What secret do you fear telling me so much that you wont even look me in the eye."

Lucian adverted her eyes from Lilly's pale expanse of back and chest, feeling his own pulse speed. Food? Lucian growled against the cool of the tub, the sound resonating through the tubs hollow frame. Not food, Lilly.Lilly not food! Lucian let his body slip under the water then let his head sink under as well. HE shot back up seconds later gasping. His eyes were lighter as water streamed down his face, neck and chest. He blinked the water from his eyes and his lashes were speckled with water droplets. He smiled softly. "I accept you as you are Lilly. You don't have to hide that your a boy from me, I've already figured that out."

Lucian's smile wavered then softened. He shifted himself and leaned towards Leo. "You are a boy. You may call yourself whatever you wish outside our private quarters, but you are a boy." Lucian touched Leo's cheek with his finger tips, tilting his head up so their eyes meet. "Don't look away from me Lilly, I beg you."

Lucian's fingers pulled away from Leo's cheek as his own eyes closed off. "So be it." His voice was colder and more closed off than it was before. "Advert your eyes as you wish, do as you please, I am no ones master." Lucian scooted away from Leo then climbed from the tub. The water ran down his back and legs as he stepped over the edge of the tub. Lucian grabbed a towel and knotted it around his waist. Julio came into the bathroom just as Lucian had reached for the door. "Done with your bath?" Lucian glanced at Leo then back to the other male. "Make sure she decent clothes to wear and the room is clean." Julio raised an eyebrow. "And what of you, Prince?" Lucian's eyes crossed to the light gray of his beast as eh stepped past the male. "I will take refuge in your bed tonight and you will take me hunting." Julio gave Lucian's back a deep bow. "As you wish it, Prince."

Julio came back into the bathroom with an armful of robes in exotic colors. "The Prince wish you be clothed in my best and most decent of clothing. I have brought you the best of my garments and robes. I hope you like them." Julio placed the clothes on counter.A low growl came from the doorway. Julio turned to see Lucian standing stark naked and glaring at him with pale gray eyes. "You are not permitted to watch my fiance dress. Leave her room now or face my wrath." Julio's lip twitched with a smile. "Your wrath? You can hardly keep your human form and you threaten me?" Lucian snarled and his hair shifted to a light gray. In seconds his hand was around Julio's throat and holding the male in a death grip inches from the ground. "Don't taunt me again tonight Julio or you will meet an unfortunate fate." Julio's eyes bleed to that inhuman blue as he struggled for freedom. Lucian's grip got tighter. Julio stopped struggling and hung there. Lucian set him down. "Leave the clothes and come with me. Now."
Julio dropped onto his stomach and rolled his eyes up in a highly submissive pose. "Yes Prince. Anything Prince." Lucian's face turned up in disgust. "Don't treat me like that! i am not to feared and not to be worshiped!" Julio looked up confused."Are you ok?" Lucian shook his head and stumbled. "I don't think so."

Julio placed his hand on Lucian's forehead. "He's running a fever. Have you fed?" Lucian's eyes rolled upwards to look at Julio."If I refuse?" Julio sighed. "I'll stick you in a meat locker and let you go nutty on a pork slab, but you wont like me after that." Lucian smiled. "Then I refuse." Julio gave him a stern glare. "Either you feed or you eat Lilly in a moment of mental weakness. Your body is breaking down and your mind will be quick to follow. Wont be long before that drowning desire to eat Lilly rises again and you wont stop before you snap her neck and devour her flesh." Lucian's smile evaporated and his mouth curved into a little 'o'. "I see the mark on her throat. Its darker than it needs to be. You almost lost control. Are you willing to get that close to that line again." Lucian turned his face into the curve of Leo's thigh. "I wont eat he-" His mind swam as his nose caught the scent of blood racing through the veins in Leo's leg. He smelt the tears on Leo's cheeks and felt the slight shakes from the sobs. Lucian rolled onto his stomach and nuzzled his face against the curve of Leo's neck. He inhaled the scent and shivered."Promise me you wont call me a monster."

Lucian breathed in Leo's scent again and felt heat rush down through his entire body. His eyes lifted up to look into Leo's. His eyes glittered like a candle was behind them. "Don't let me kill you. I'd never forgive myself if I slayed the only person I've ever felt this way for." Lucian burrowed his face into the curve of Leo's neck and held the boy to him in a tight embrace. He whispered into the soft, damp waves that flowed around his face. "Don't leave me here alone. I hate being alone."
