Okori smiled "you will soon find out Yuki..." they got closer to the house and it crumbled as she let out a sigh. "That Exalguard woman is far off now you can relax..." amusment was lain thick in her voice. Okori closed her eyes and changed back into her Kitsune form. She spread her wings and flicked her tails from side to side, streaching them. "Now you have two choices;go back to the council post, or you may both come back with me...I do not believe it is safe anywhere else" Okori said flashing her crimson red gaze from Yuki to Amilia.

"You get used to it, the enemy's warriors have many weird tricks. Ruby was a minor one. Personaly i think you should come to the council and help us discuss what to do. Plus i need to be getting back, my 'adopted' family is probably getting worried. I am 12 you know." Amilia sayed swaying her tail that she had left out when she changed to human form.

Okori sighed in frustration "I will take you back to the council, but i will bid you farewell there...I cannot stay in that place" she growled. "I have some personal bussiness to deal with...tonight is very important to me" she hissed quietly. "And dont worry Yuki, you will learn to have no fear of them..." Okori spread her wings suddenly and all three of them disappeared into a silver flash, in an instant they were a few yards from the council building.

"Thank you Okori," Amilia turned and started walking towards the council building, draging Yuki along with her. "Oh and Okori," Amilia threw a wad of money over her shoulder, "Thanks again."

Okori chortled a wave of laughter "You know i have no need of this" she said gesturing toward the bag. "Give it to the girl, she will have more use of it than I" she grabbed the back with her teeth and tossed it to the girl, then she winked and it tied itself around the Yuki's belt. "Good Bye child..."she sighed.

Ruby was walking around, grinning. She had won over twenty thousand gold and she wasn't afraid of showing it off. No one messed with her, she'd just give them the 'evil' eye. Literally.
As she was walking on the outskirts of town she saw a person. She ran up to it and relized it was Nychta. "Hello!" She said in a sing song tone. She was clearly still happy over her winnings. "You look awfully pleased." She said raising an eyebrow.

Yuki touched the bag, "Erm.. thanks?" she wasn't sure what to say. She hadn't had any money for over 2 years. She followed Amilia and was suddenly bombarded with smells that were so wonderful to the nose. Her eyes widened as color filled her vision, *So many different auras!*

Amilia grabbed Yuki's arm and presented her to the council, "This is Yuki! She will be staying with us for a while seeing as she is the Hero." Amilia turned to the Head of Housing, "I'm going to need house for her to live in, fully furnished." After amilia got all of the paper work she walked out of the Council Hall dragging Yuki along with her.

Nychta sighed, turning to her fellow Exalguard member. She smiled, knowing that the general had won something by the look on her face. "Ah, Miss Ruby. I have some important information for you." she announced, getting off of her horse and giving a small salute to her superior.
Kyle winced, waving his hands in alarm. "Stop, stop!" he commanded, grabbing the sword smith's hand.
The orc paused and gave him a quizzical look. "What is it? Am I doing something wrong?" he asked, lifting Kyle's sword from the grinding stone.
Kyle shook his head. "No, no...it's just that...my Black Orchid was forged in a special way, and I'm afraid you will damage it by using an ordinary grinding stone. I understand my father wanted you to do maintenance on it, but I don't think he understands its properties." he explained, taking his sword.
The orc frowned, but shrugged. "Have it your way. Pesky, finicky humans..." he muttered, walking off.
Kyle frowned. Even though he was fighting for them, he couldn't help seeing how ungrateful the mythical creatures were. Almost all of them discriminated against the humans, and Kyle knew it was so they could show their authority. Or what they assumed was their authority. He sighed, shaking his head slowly. But not all of them are rude... he thought, perking up as Amilia entered camp. Even though she was younger than him, the leader of the shapeshifters was a good friend. He knew she would not shun him as the others did.
"Lady Amilia! Do you know if my father has returned from his mission yet?" he asked eagerly. It felt strange to address a twelve-year-old with such a formal title, but respect was virtue to his father. Kyle paused, looking behind Amilia at a girl with black hair. Who is she? he asked, tipping his head to one side in curiosity.

Yuki was dragged by Amilia all over the villiage place they were at. She stumbled every now and then, being destracted by all the mythical creatures that were there. Her eyes were huge and awe struck.

"oh.. HI KYLE!" Amilia walked up to Kyle. "No your father has not returned, not that i know of. And this here is the Hero, her name is Yuki. I think it would make her more comfertably if you adressed her by her real name, she is still getting used to seeing mythical creatures. We dont want to freak her out." Kyle had known Amilia since she was like 3.

"Oh...I see..." Kyle murmured, looking crestfallen at the news that his father had not returned. However, he perked up at the word "hero". "Really? She's the hero? he asked in awe. He had heard stories that the Bastets had chosen a young girl to save the mythical creatures, but now he was amazed. He smiled at Amilia's last comment. "Yeah, that would be bad. My name's Kylithius, and my father is Kyorun, hero of Aldania. Well, he probably wouldn't be the hero now, since you're supposed to be it..." he muttered, scratching his head. Realizing he had zoned out, he snapped back to reality and extended his hand for Yuki to shake.

Ruby did a small curtsy to Nychta back.
"Hello Sir." She said, still giddy about her winnings. She raised an eyebrow and curiosity began to form inside of her. "Ooh?" She began. "Inform me." She said placing her hands to her hips. "If its a mythical camp you best tell Achlys. I won't do it unless theres a montary prize involved." She said giggling a little, "why don't we go to the tavern and I'll buy the drinks." She held up her bag of money, she shaked it infront of him tauntingly, and then quickly pulled it away.
