"How did this fight start?"Aegel growled shaking in anger. She wanted her Dakari."How do you know he will be added?" She circled him examining him even more.

"The other fox, Sin, started the fight. For no reason other than I stepped onto Cruor land." Leo's eyes felt as though they were burning slightly. Thunder rumbled, louder this time. Lightning was flickering in the distance.
"Sin fought so as not to hurt Dakari either," Leo answered Aegel's second question. "And what better for a new tribe that an unborn kit, a clean slate that you can teach as you please," he added, a little bitterly.
The burning grew, and his vision blurred. When Leo blinked, tears fell from his purple eys. They left clean tracks in the bloody grime that marred his face.

Sighing Aegel looked down at the ground. She was pissed and wanted her baby back. She wasnt sure if she should beat Leo or not but she was pretty sure she was going to beat Sin. She noticed that Leo had started to cry and that took all her anger out of her for the momment. She could see all the cuts and blood matted in his fur and couldnt help but feel bad. She licked his cheek and nuzzled the underside of his chin.

Leo buried his face where Aegel's shoulder and neck met, and just breathed in the sweet scent of her fur. He just stood there, living in that moment. It was more than he expected to come out of this without losing Aegel. More than he deserved, he even thought.
He had never met someone so strongly compassionate and protective of their loved ones.
Leo could feel Aegel was still upset though. Maybe she had forgiven him, but that anger at losing her son and the energy it created had to go somewhere.

Aegel nuzzled Leo not knowing what else to do or how to feel. It was all so much. To much to totaly comprehend(sp).Her baby gone, Leo hurt, some stupid elder making her baby join their tribe. Aegel felt as though she would break atm for it was all building up inside. She wanted to be mad at Leo and Sin for now her baby was out of her reach possible forever. After licking Leo's cheek again she pulled back.

The thunder and lightning were right overhead now. The first few drops of rain began to fall. Soon the water was pouring from the sky.
When Aegel pulled back Leo stood there, looking at her. The rain began to come down and he didn't move. Soon the dirt and blood washed from his fur to puddle at his feet.
"So what now?" There was definetly going to be something coming up. Leo, Sin, or both of them. Something was gonna happen, if the determined fire in Aegel's eyes was anything to go by.

Aegel looked up the at the sky and watched the rain pour down. Aegel heard Leo but didnt respond let him stew over things cause honestly she wasnt sure. Wrapping her tail around her she said" I will get Daraki back. I will sneak into the grounds if i have to."

Leo's eyes burned. He didn't forbid Aegel from doing this, he knew better than that. But he voiced his objections. "How do you plan to sneak into a tribe home base when you don't even know where the tribe is? And what if it goes wrong! You think they wouldn't take Akela too?!"
His voice was low, but passionate. He wanted Aegel to really think this over. Was she willing to risk a child to save another? He wanted to make sure of her resolve.

Aegel eyes sharpend and snapped back to Leo's direction. She eyed him and listend to what he said. "I will figure it out somehow. I always find what i'm looking for. I wont let them get Akela. I will die first before that happens."She started out fierce and ended in a growl.

"And if you die, what's she going to do?" Leo's voice was low and pained. He could understand Aegel's desire to get her son back, and her anger towards the enemy. He could even match that feeling of anger at Sin. He just wanted to make sure she wasn't rushing into this blind.
((Hmmmm, never really thought how we're going to end this XD ))

Aegel hung her head. Not really knowing what to do. She could hear the pain in Leo's voice and that made her feel guilty. "I could have my brother or dad hold on to her." she said in a low voice almost a whimper.

Leo mused over it. Fickle as his mind was, he instantly felt bad once Aegel started thinking about the possible dangers involved.
"We could find them," he said slowly, the idea still forming in his mind. "I know where their territory is, and even a little of what the territory is like. I could even follow you in a bit, just in case of an attack. Give you enough time to run so Akela is safe. There's gotta be at least one member of that tribe who would listen to a mother."
He looked over at Aegel to see what she thought of the plan.

Aegel glanced up and looked him in the eye. "Would you really? After whats happend?"After thinking for a few she said"Maybe you better not. Your not healed and I dont want you getting more hurt."She said softly

Leo said nothing, just looked down at the ground. He didn't want to admit that Aegel was right. The wounds were superficial for the most part. Only two of the wounds actually posed any threat.
The belly scratches where Sin tored at him hurt, and were covered over in a tangled matting of fresh blood, scabs, and fur. Leo would have to reopen the wounds and properly clean them, lest they become infected. But it wasn't that that stopped him.
Sin had done a number to his front legs. He bit right where joints met; whenever Leo attempted to bend his front legs to walk they threatened to collapse under him. Already they were a collusion of crazed scabs and oozing blood. It would take them weeks to heal without a healer. Leo would have to go back to his tribe to see if anything could be done. An idea formed in his mind.
"Come to Omaticaya with me. I'm not sure if they have carers or healers, but there I can rest until I'm healed, and Akela would be safe. They would keep her safe for you until you could return for her."
